I get what you say about using recources for fuel, when others are starving, but that's like saying that you dont want to earn the ammount of money that you do, when others in sweat shops in poor countries are earning 5c a week. the mismanagement of resources is not something those of us in the western world have any control over. nor is there any way we can control it. ive seen tons and tons of crops being burned, to keep the demand high and the price higher, but me grabing a hose and trying to put it out would make no difference to the worldwide practice at all. my using 1850L or so of ethanol a year has no bearing what so ever on the management of the world recourses, but if it makes you feel better than I have no prob with that either.

the djr bobtails cover stock boot holes afaik, but the force 6 ones do not. you would need a respray for the boot. (or duct tape ) the original ones are plastic, aftermarket ones are fibre glass.

the cheapies are usually noisy as hell, so they'll prol give you the irrits.

I reckon you'd crack the 280 mark with just a flash and tune. $1200 or so. add injectors, a cooler and valve springs and say g'day to 330+ easy.

yeah I guess its just as well our flash boxes have more than one tune. when were out of e85 flash to premium tune- is that how most you guys do it?

there are numerous tuners on this forum with HUGE power pumping out of thier t's, and developed to hell, so im guessing if it was a huge benefit they would have done it. with the size, cost, ease and efficiency of air to air coolers, there is no need...

im getting an e85 tune this week, so started looking at where I could get it in adelaide. found a place that sells it in 200L drums and asked for a quote. $480 plus freight. $2.40 a litre are you kidding me? I thought it could be had for as low as $1.00 recently.... wheres everyone getting it from in adelaide?

redback have been around for 20 years. and they are a good product. I would go for a mild steel over a 'thin wall' stainless system (xforce) any day.

I think you have first refusal on the wreck. if the insurance company says otherwise, check with the ombudsman. the buy back price should be very reasonable. hope it works out for you. oh and go the force 6 for sure. I reckon will be hot property later on, as stuff all of them around.
