sure you would get heat soak from the block, but the ambient temp under the bonnet would be stinking hot so the inlet maniford would be too hot to touch on a hard run even with one of these installed. unless you could wrap the intake manifold in some sort of insulation...

nah, but I run 50/50 ethanol and 98 ron. that way its easier to cold start apparently. I would need bigger injectors to run 100% ethanol though. I went in with 330rwkw and a jerry can of e85, and came out with 351rwkw and a big smile on my face. it is a sensational fuel. 99.9 c/l is a good power per dollar performance mod!
made 328rw's at 19psi. very aggressive down low. I had a softer 16psi tune done at the same time (which topped at 333rw's ), and drove home with that one loaded. felt very similar to my old tune/ box, but less brutal. will load 19 psi tune back in tomoro and see what it feels like.
upgrading speakers can never be bad, even without adding any extra power to run them. put some dynamat behind the front speakers on the back of the door skins, or at least spray some underbody tar in there, it'll make em sound heaps better as it will add some weight and density to the door skins instead of just thin metal. the factory sub amp doesnt do too bad a job in running a bigger boxed sub. :hiwelcome:

hey guys my current tune is 350rwkw, but my car is in the shop having a built btr and 3000rpm+ stall put in, so obviously the tread power is going to be down. not sure by how much- 30rwkw sound right? anyway, not having a hi stalled car before, im not sure what to expect, but am not too keen to lose power at the wheels. should I get the power wound up at the motor to compensate for the hi stall loss? or will it be faster anyways with the stall? im tempted to go 20ish psi- currently 17 but was overboosting ocasionally to 20 in the 1-2 degree mornings in the adelaide hills. when it did was spinning in 3rd gear roll ons! 20's and crap quality tyres though...
I have f6 typhoon valve springs and they are happy with 350rwkw. between 2-3 hunsky from ford- if that! def get these done, with a flash 3 and good tune (read: go to heinrich). actuator is cheap as to buy and fit. 300+ here you come!
could the led flasher box be put inline then? find which wires come from the cluster to the indicators and splice the box in? the cluster will think there are filament globes?
