also under body tar behind the front speakers- sprayed on the inside of the outer door panels. will add weight to the panel and stop it from flexing out every time the mid range pumps...

nice first post mate. I have twin 6.5" splits in the front doors of my ef, and man do they crank... also for good car audio connectors, terminals, distribution blocks etc- try jaycar. good stuff. welcome to the forum... -

yep will be fine. 3.5 dump would also be fine for the power you are chasing. a word of advice though. go as big as you can with all mods, as the bug will prol bite and the power you have will never be enough. then you wont have to spend money upgrading later on. also is it an auto or manual? if manual 6 speed being a mk 2?

is it a 2.5 system or twin 2.5 system. twin 2.5 will be plenty, or 3.5 single. single 2.5 is smaller than stock. a big dump is good for power, I run a split as they reckon in helps eliminate back pressure. a good flowing cat is a must.
