Hello everyone. Please excuse my absence but as you may know, I have been quite unwell. I am on a new chemo that seems to be agreeing with me and not making me sick. However, it leaves me with a bad rash on my face and so public appearances may be out for a while. I have missed everyone and more to the point, my baby has missed the company of like minded (and like powered) friends. I have had to put up with Snub Sports and even an R8 Audi that just wasn't in the same league. (Yeah nice power but it didn't yank my head off like my turb!!!) Anyway, cruises may be out for a while, but if I can build up enough strength, I am looking forward to the Snowies Cruise. It may be my last (for a while) but I was so upset I couldn't go last year I have to make up for it. Hoepfully will see you all soon. Rudiger.

Hi everyone. I'm looking at buying some F6 rims for my BF. Not Dark argents but the ones with the grey inside the rim. I'll post a pic. I have had issues with rims fitting over my calipers. They are bigger than Brembos and anyone who has seen them will know what I mean. If anyone has these rims on their car and are in the western suburbs of Melbourne (Hoppers Crossing) can you drop me a line? I just wanna see if they will fit over my brakes. Will save me a drive way out the other side of the city. Cheers.

Hi guys. Please excuse my absence. Due to medical commitments (chemotherapy) I wont be in a physical condition to last for 3 hours let alone 3 days on my favourite cruise. I know that someone will offer me a ride but even sitting in the car for such a long period may see me ruining your carpets as I throw up all the time. I am really dissappointed (So is Bethany). This is my absolute favourite cruise and one of my favourite things to do and it breaks my heart to pull out. Im so sorry everyone. Please, while your having a beer at Jindy, have one for Rudiger and know I am there with you in spirit if not phycisally. But all things being good I will be up there next year. By the way, I am still booked in at Tumut. I havent cancelled it yet so if anyone wants a twin (I think it has a double and a single bed) let me know ASAP and you can have it.

May take ya up on that. Although I'll be with my daughter. But those rooms are bloody huge so shouldnt be a problem. But yeah, that would solve alot of probs and make it a hell of a lot cheaper all round.

Oh and if your considering coming, there were only3 rooms left at Tumut.

Im booked in at Tumut but Jindy is full. Any other places in Jindy to stay? Does anyone know.? I am not 100% sure as yet as it depends on my health and how long chemo goes to but myintention is to come even if I skunge a ride of someone, although I'll have to have the vomit bag ready.

Oh and by the way, those of you who don't go on this cruise making up some lame excuse, well you are hopeless. This is the ONE cruise that is worth taking a day off for or changning plans. Its not justthe driving and the roads, but its the company on the Friday and Saturday nights and the stories. on the Sunday morning about who did what to who or who saw what get done by whoever else. Its fun, If ya do come, be ready for some kick @ss roads over 3 days. The run into and out of Jindabyne are just awesome. Anyway, Im going back to bed.

As you all know, this cruise would be absolutely CR@P if I didn't go. so, I'll put myself as a maybe for now. Thos of you who don't know I am going through chemoterapy at the moment and I have been as sick as a dog driving a clubsport. I have 6 weeks to go and then we see how we go. HOPEFULLY I will be right by November but ya never know. Anyway, my mind is willing. Just hope the body is up to it by then.

Sorry I havent been up with this thread. Had some prsonal issues and I had to get a wheel bearing replaced on Tuesday and that took the cash I was gunna use for the cruise. So I'm out although I told Gary last week. if there was a threat of ice I'd still go. The sit down on Saturday night is a good one and limping back to the motel half cut was fun. Just had to sleep all night with one eye open cause Rusty was gunna put my car in the middle of the oval. My only advice to all is to watch the road from Omeo to the top of Hotham. And if ya know what is good for you, you will LISTEN to me and watch the road between Omeo and Hotham. If you want me to be any clearer than watch the road between Omeo and Hotham then Gary can spell it out to you. But in case you didn't read, watch the road between Omeo and Hotham. If ya go, have fun. The best run is going into Omeo. I had 20 or so minutes when the others got stuck behind a truck last year. No traffic in either direction. Only issue I had was I had DOT4 brake fluid in and boiled it. But ya don't need brakes anyway. Have fun guys.

Hi guys. Have just put me and Rusty down as maybes. Got a couple of things I have to clear first before I can say a definate yes. Have to say that the run into OMEO is one of the best there is INCLUDING the Snowies cruise. Last year the others got stuck behind a truck or something and I had about 20 minutes with NO other cars in either direction, with 370 rwkw and brakes that just wont quit and I was as close to bliss as a car lover could be. So if your thinking of doing a longer cruise, this one will certainly cater to your needs. And then you have no excuse NOT to come on the Snowies Cruise, which is by far, without exception, the best XR6 Turbo Cruise run anywhere in Australia. That is until Gary asks me to organise it and then it willjust fall into sh!t!!!!!!! lol

Hi again everyone. I am sorry I have been absent for a while. My health ha snot been good and unfoprtunately my cancer is back and has now spread to my lungs. We looked a nice tight dsiplay too, not all over the shop, althouigh we didnt have a tent and I think next year we should try and get a bigger area maybe. If the pic shows up, credit goes to Bethant.
