ahhhh... so could the fact that I found it out of the vent hole mean there is too much blow-by causing the pressure to be to much for it to handle and be forced out of its hole? would this tell me I have a busted ring or something of the sort?

What does PCV stand for? what does it do? why would it have popped out just vibration I pressume? there is no pressure behind it is there?

lol I don't think my mate was offering warranty when I bought them off him for $300 with good tires on them... so you reckon sand the clear coat off and polish??? maybe I can take them to a shop and get them done up smicko?? I got the same thing on my ford 18's

Yeah I thought that might be the case. was just going on the off chance it might be as simple as pulling a plug. lol. I am pretty handy with electrical being an AC mechanic, but I might just leave it to someone who is 100% thanks for discouraging me haha. probably a good idea

Hey I have a Uni chip wired into my car ATM. couple of questions for the wise ones.. my tuner said to pull it out and go with a capa X3 flasher. What is involed in pulling the UNI chip out and will it break stuff if I do it myself lol? basically, should I just leave it to my tuner? I've got aps 440cc injectors will it go back to standard tune and run too rich? the more I think about it the scarier it gets!

hi guys had a bit of a look in search but couldnt find anything on this. Just wondering if anyone else has had there power window get stuck when winding up. mine gets stuck in two spots about halfway up and then again a little bit further up if you help the motor by pulling the window up past these points it continues going. Could this be the motor on the way out or is there a problem with the trim. its a BA by the way.

correct me if im wrong but isnt the purpose of a blowoff valve to release the pressure to prevent compressor surge? why do you want to block it off??? wont this cause damage?

haha sweet guys, thanks. I did have a 12inch kicker L7 solo-baric sub in a factory ported box powered by the kicker mono block amp to suit it 700 WRMS?? or something near there. I didnt think it had a sharp enough punch for me like you said nang more noise and less accuracy. could of been bad tuning aswell on my part though haha. looks like a sealed box it is then

Hey just wondering if any one has ever heard of a "bam pass" sub enclosure set up its basically 2 subs facing each other in an enclosed box. heard about this through a mate and got curious to know whether it would be any good??

Yeah I have exactly the same problem. and apparently its just rollover noise annoying as hell! I have been told transmax Z is the best thing for it though. I just tell everyone its coz my clutch is so deadly haha

Hey just wondering how different the FGs are compared to the BAs. And would it be possible to fit an FG typhoon front bumper to a BA xr6t. Has it been done before? just wondering because I saw a VT Late model camira with a VE clubby kit on it. cheers

my roof lining is coming of in the front and the back. Does any one know who replaces roof linings in or near townsville? Someone who does custom jobs preferably. I want a big XR6 Turbo in it.

oh and just spoke to a castrol dealer and he assured me they no longer make 1 litre transmzax z bottles so I mixed in half a litre of dexron 3 which the engineer at the dealer said would mix. I didnt wanna spend the 25 odd bucks for a whole other 4 litre!
