I'll be interested to see the outcome of this as well. I have a July 07 BFII F6 and the same clock setup as freeze_dk - although I have the sunroof as well. Ford managed to kill the clock's back light while fixing the sunroof controller and couldn't fix it in 2 attempts afterwards - be nice to know what the time is at night again

Ahh good, I'm not the only one with this issue Had this from new, took Ford 3 attempts to fix it. The first time they said couldn't replicate it, I said come out - I can do it 9 times out of 10... Finally got it fixed - they had to wind out the little rubber plugs at each corner so the boot actually lifted clear of the catch when it opens. Was about time too - I was getting sick of Expensive Daewoo owners making comments. It got to a stage where I would avoid opening the boot.

This is what I came up with - wanted to keep as much boot space as possible... Also has a carputer mounted behind the amp. One day I'll get around to adding RCA out to the ICC and get the other 4 speakers in...

Sure is - mine is part of the rear view mirror pod (factory sunroof in BF MkII). Personally I don't like it here - looks like you're staring at the guy behind you when you need to check the time. I'd much prefer it as part of the ICC...
