  7. Guys, Can anyone help. I Have a BA MK II vibe turbo ute with factory hardlid. Only over the last 4 months I have noticed that the tabs for the hard lid on the left side of the tub a just about to start scratching the cab. When I looked further you can get you hand up to you knuckles on the right side and on the left flat out fitting a finger...... Fraud says there are elongated bolts and that the trays/tubs are adjustable??? is there any truth to this??

Thanks guys I have the car booked intoday at fraud to see if any fault codes and to do "master reset" on TPS??? next week the plugs are being changed to a colder plug and coils are being inspected and the fuel filter is being changed and the pump tested..... And yes have already cleaned the boost soleniod already...hopefully this solves it..... then santa comes and gives me a tune and new stuff from Elite Automotive.... I have been good all year LOL
  9. Can someone please help? I have a Ba MKII turbo ute Auto - still stock (still in ford extended warranty) and recently I have been experiencing a kind of surging. I have taken the car to the dealer to be told nothing wrong and no codes logged, drove out the driveway and it did it straight away. I turned around and they tested??? it straight away and told me that the battery level (voltage) was too low. I have replaced the battery with a very high quality one, which I thought solved it..... weeks later same thing again. I my words this is what I am experiencing.. From standing (or rolling off from lights) If I accelerate hard the car performs well the gearbox chages into 2 the revs are abound 3k and the turbo and car starts to kinda surge, won't accelerate loses power. to restore power and to normal performance have to slow right down otherwise it runs like a 2 stroke motorcross bike with a fouled plug. It seems that the turbo hesitates or is stalling at around 3000rpm under harder acceleration, in all gears and modes bar 1st - it seems fine Anyone who could help or point me in the right direction, will be appreciated.
