My BF Tornado "allegedly" made 270rwkw and yet I could only manage a 13.8 @ 105mph, 6 speed auto, no wheelspin!!!! Something doesnt sound right about that doesnt it?

Just changed from the stock injectors to the siemens and was told this could be done without a retune, just that it would run a little rich, however its running like a pig, blowing smoke, wont idle, sounds like its missing? Anyone experienced the same problem?

Apart from the obvious, ie: how to access the pump, would the same procedure for replacing the actual pump be the same in a ute?

ok, so ive read this whole thread, is it for real that my BF F6 has no transmission dipstick????? that's fuct, so how am I to check it? Sorry for sounding a bit dumbfounded but that's just unbelievable!!!!!!

Thanks people. What colour...mmm not sure yet, that's very funny lol. Having never been in an XR6T or F6 I did not know what to expect, after giving it full noise at about 40kmh I now know what to expect. That unrelenting surge like the rear treads are trying to rip the asphalt up is quite simply breath-taking. All this and its stock I simply cant imagine what a modified one goes like. Hopefully with time and cash, I can get it to really get up and boogie, but for now I'm content. Thanks again for the warm welcome and hopefully I can meet some of you blokes on a cruise in Melbourne. Catch John
