F1 Race stars. Think mario kart with F1 drivers.

Basically every car I've ever owned I started with "I'll leave this one alone." Within a week I've done something to it. Then it seems to snowball from there without me really realizing. Now with my Wrx I'm trying to work out if its time to move on or go the other way and make it a pure show car. I get more enjoyment from the build now than I do the car.

KPM intake and muffer delete arrived today. (Thanks fletty) Now just have to get my hands on the car to get them fitted. Can't seem to get it off the Mrs for very long.

Its generally over oiling that does it. People tend to thing that a recharge bottle / can does one recharge where it does a couple on the average filter. Normally you see air flow meters fail, due to the oil, so that's not a problem with a Falcon.

Looks awesome, and who doesn't want to rub off pink bits.

Added a "XR6" air box metal decal thing. Doesn't stick. Will have to use a bit of silicone to attach it....or.....just fit a herrod or some other intake.

Getting a cold/flu on the long weekend and not being able to do sh*t and then getting better today ready to go to work.

Well after a few years of ownership of a NA XR6, we decided to upgrade to a MK2 Turbo. The previous car was Ego, however our choices were fairly limited with this one. Basically the choice between white and red. I've had many white cars before and hate red cars. So white it is. Have added scuff plates, boot lid liner, footwell lights and given it a clean because the dealer did a crap job. Have a few small things planed for it as this is the wife's daily drive. Basically cold air of some sort, remove the intake muffler, maybe the inter cooler pipes and a tune to suit. Anyway here are a couple of pics with the "other" car.

Found the easiest place to access the wiring was the drivers side A pillar. Made a cpuple of leads and it's all done.
