hey guys, im just in the complicated process of choosing a clutch and ive been told the typhoon clutch is a very good clutch and can handle huge amounts of power.. but it is very pricey.. I rang an old friend of mine who is the manager for spare parts at nuford in perth. Asked him if he could hook me up with a 'under the counter' deal for a new typhoon clutch kit and he said he could. but he said there is no difference in the clutch, its just a different pressure plate or something? even though hes in spare parts, I think he may not know about it and hes pulling it off the top of his head.. cause from wat ive heard the typhoon clutch is a twin plate? any comments or thoughts would be appreciated! he can get it for $2300.. I think they retail for around $3500-$4000 genuine from ford?

hey guys just wondering if any1 knows of a alarm that has a keypad to start the car?? similar to the WRS STI's... just more reasurance if the keys get taken from inside the home!

hey, just wondering if I put a bunch of mods on my car (300rwkw worth) and get them to tune it on my stock clutch.. can they still tune it to its full potential, then say like in a week or 2 time I can get the clutch done??? or does it need a re-tune when the clutch gets put in cause it wasnt properly dyno'd wen it was slipping??

hey guys, now before any1 gets dirty im not trying to compare and dis a brand of clutch, im just trying to compare SPECS of either model.. wat im putting up against the wall are the : MALWOOD opt 3 clutch kit and Xtreme Single plate clutch kit (XFT supplies) In my opinion I would go for the Malwood clutch, mearly beacuse I have heard that many satisfied customers including close friends. on the other hand, I have been advised by Simon @ XFT to go for the Xtreme clutch (from his experience) I'm really a novice on clutches, but I know simon knows his sh*t and I feel his words are not from a selling point of view, but rather from a personal and customer experience. Can some1 explain more about the two.. once again im not trying to identify the better clutch, just trying to figure wats best for me. After the tune my car should be around 300+rwkw... with the plan to take it up to around 400rwkw in the next 6-12 months. Keep in mind I want it for daily driving and I tend to go give it a good thrashing at least once a week

hey guys, just a quick question to any1 who can answer it off the top of their head... wat fuel pressure and oil pressure gauges are recommended for the xr6turbo.. like im thinking the 0-100psi oil gauge should be good? mechanical or electric? wat fuel pressure do they run at about? and how much does it rise with mods? thanks guys

so wheres the meetpoint???? and wat time... whos the senior here that confirms it?? the whole joondalup area meet was just like a pre-meet for the cruise so all the guys that are far north can go down the freeway together to the cruise? well that's wat I had planned... maybe you guys in the south can do the same??? that's just my thought anyways.. either way ill be having a meet at arena before the cruise
