Hi guys. I thought that I would have a go at putting together a rough guide to XR6T and F6 modification. There seem to be endless discussions about what modifications are required to reach certain power levels, and to obtain certain 1/4 mil ET's. I am by no means an expert on this topic. All I have done is created a spreadsheet which will allow the user to choose what 1/4 mile time he would like to achieve. Then, based on whether the car is manual or auto, and make of XR6T or F6 the required modifications will become apparent. This is the initial draft, and heaps of required data is missing, and I am sure that there are probably mistakes in it. Please edit the spreadsheet, save it, and re-post it with your updates & changes. Hopefully, it may become a usefull guide. http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~jakexr6/XR6T.xls Remember, it's a rough guide, so don't be too pedantic, nor should this turn into a debate about how dyno's measure rwkw, or how your cousin's stock T ran a 13.0 Cheers, Jake.
