What we're talking about is waiting until the car we want with premium sound is built (April or whenever) or getting one without premium sound that the dealer already has. And if you were to order one today it would be out to April before you got it.

He's gettin a bit technical The ipod's are around the $800 mark and are said to be one of if not the best players you can get.

I have the standard in mine and i'm pretty happy with it there's enough oomph there to have your ear's ringing at the end of a run, 18's you can get anytime. Plus i'm an impatient barstard and want everything yesterday so i wouldnt wait 75+ days to park me butt in one.

Djelibeybi I think what CJ means is a player that doesnt take a disk or card of any sort to play and with decent capacity to hold a fair amount of MP3's onboard that'll plug into the Aux plug.

You know how your face look's when you suck your cheek's in through your teeth that's what the VY's bum remind's me of. :alien: <-bit like this guy's head. Holden have made a major blu with the VY. The XR8 although not in the same catagory as the HSV still win's hand's down. If they had have done a bit more with the tailend it wouldnt be so bad the front of the HSV's arent to shabby and continue the flow as per the previous model's but loose out drastically once you get to the back. The VX was and still is a damn sexy motor unfortunately some twat made the decision that they'd gone as far as they could with the model and they went for a more euro approach to the look with a bigass set of ugly tailight's thrown on top. The SSX concept vehicle showed that there's more that could have been done with the bum of the car and hopefully will be. XR8 - win's.(IMHO).

Thought i'd try out a holden for a few day's while mines being repaired. Only picked it up this morning havent had much of a drive so far, but from what i have done so far i'm glad i made the decision i did. Fair enough it's only an exec but it'll be something to compare the differences by. So far: The bad: I've found it feel's a lot heavier in steering and handling, the instrument layout is shocking I miss ICC already, the auto is hard to tell which gear your in without looking up over the steering wheel and looking at the tiny display at the bottom of the speedo. The cruise control is on the indicator stalk and although I havent had a chance to use it, it look's like it'll be a pain in the butt. The power well it's only an N/A V6 so we wont go there. The good: Although it seem's smaller on the inside it's a lot more open and not as many blind spot's particulary the pillar between the front and rear door's which I have found quiet annoying in the XR6, the external mirror adjustment is a lot closer and easier to use, the remote is on the key itself and easier to use than the fumbly remote of the XR6. More to come when ive had a decent ride in it.
