Feel free to send me the bill Blue , maybe I should have read the question a little better (can't for the life of me remember that you asked about CD-RW's specificaly). I personaly havent tried CD-RW's the only disc's I use are Princo CDR's at $30 for a stack of 50, then when I'm sick of the track's I pass the disc onto a friend or relative.

Got the same fine Mondie but I got the bonus of having another arrive 4 days later for exactly the same speed and at the same spot on the friggin ring road. Brack's cant afford to extend the ring road but he's got heap's for camera's and his revenue raising.......

I'm not saying it's anyones fault until you've had it looked at and fixed you cant say it's anybodies fault. All I meant was that you cant blame FORD until you know for sure. Mind you tommorow night I'll probably be eating humble pie but until then it's all up in the air.

FM Modulator Chris it doesnt need to be, it run's through an FM channel on a radio frequency rather than being directly connected to the stereo.

Cracked 10,000k's with only a couple of cosmetic problem's and not much at all to whinge about, would not hesitate in recommending the car to anyone and if I had the choice again it would still be my first choice. These thing's just get better and better everytime you drive em. In a word UNFARKINBELIAVABLE

It's just a single din plug in the center console down under the tissue holder (rather hard to have a pic of it as it's right up the back at the top) although I have it fitted and havent used it yet I'm now considering ditching the idea and going with a Kenwood 10 stacker with an fm modulator: http://www.kenwood.com.au/car3.asp?gid=1&c...&cid=47&pid=300 seem's a better option than having the external unit floating round the console ready for any thieving scumbag to take it when it's left out by mistake.

When you looked at it at certian angles you could see it was more bog than panel work it stood out like dog's ball's under the neon's.

Somebodies been reading the Herald Sun DRIVE section where theres a letter form a guy who read about the above mentioned problem in WHEELS when they first test drove the T. (at a guess :D ) This topic has been covered here and there was a fix for the problem from Ford for the earlier release vehicles and was fixed for Wheels at the prooving ground where they were driving it if I'm not mistaken.
