Boost/Vac is easy, you connect it using the t-piece to the vacuum line that comes off the BOV.

Do I Need New Piping For Monza Intercooler?

You may need to move the horns, I left mine where they were and turned them upside down this has caused them to fill with water and sound like 2 animals mating. -
Did you have the wheels balanced as well when the alignment was done? Balance and aligment are 2 different things, and wouldnt automatically be done with an alignment. Maybe find a decent mechanic in your area and take them for a drive?

If its only at a certain speed, try a wheel balance and alignment first. Hopefully that solves the issue.

That is the hole he was talking about, it was where the boost sensor tapped in for the boost gauge.

The mounts for the standard intercoolers changed between BA and BF. If your standard rightside bracket doesn't fit the typhoon cooler, you can flip the bracket over and it should, but you will have to drill 2 holes in the car as it won't match up (although I can't confirm if this is legal). Or you can buy a new bracket from ford, but I can't remember which one you need, I think if you have a BF you need the BA bracket. Anyone? I am guessing you have a BF?

Snapped these on the way to work yesterday, pictures are pretty poor. I think they look good but they need to sit completely flush not look like an add on IMO. High mount brake light incorporated into it would be a nice touch.

If you lie on your back, head near the pedals and legs out the door you should be able to see it up behind the fuse panel.

If he is after luxury options go for the F6, as EDXR8 said they are easier to find in the FPV's. Overall I think the tornado looks better, but if performance is what he is after just pick up an XR6T, after 06/06 I think come with the stronger bottom end, pour some cash into it and away you go. Plus there are some absolute bargains on T's at the moment.

I use an xcite twin pod, the angle is good, the gauges stay in place and it looks great around the gauges and pods, but the fitment is crap. It doesn't follow the lines of the ICC, and the edges don't sit flush. Basically if the edges were either flat, or matched with the ICC it would be much better. BUT for the price compared to the price of a genuine FPV pod I think its worth it personally, and overall I am happy with mine.

I might come Hiro if I can fix my ute, it sounds like a tractor at the moment. There is a bolt loose or missing around the manifold/turbo/dump somewhere, and I can't find which one and it is pissing me off. Will let you know tomorrow.

Before you replace the springs, just check everything under there is tight. As J-Man and I have found there are numerous reasons for creaking, but the first place to start is check that the front leaf spring bolts are tight. J

I run twin cobalts, oil press and boost/vac, can't fault them either and they look right at home in T's. The Drift Irridium's look hot as well. In the end it probably comes down to looks, and as you have to look at them all day the choice is yours.
