I would try another dealer and see what you get offered, we put around 20,000km on our car, we paid 30k and traded it for 22k (16mths after we bought it)

Even my 4yo daughter said "that man was very lucky!" Your poor car :( I have had someone pull out infront of me also, the road was wet and I had nowhere to go as there were cars all around me, thankfully the person behind me could go over and missed the back end of me! Glad you are ok! And hope you have better luck with your next car!

My car is doing this too when turning sharp and reversing.. I got my neighbour to check it out for me today and the diff oil is like soup! I don't think its been changed since I've had the car (bit over a year) so I'm hoping that's all the problem is!! I'm glad to read this as I was worried I'd need a new diff! Hopefully it doesn't come to that!
