could be a number of things, plugs and coils are the first thing people check from there it could be fuel related. Partially blocked fuel fitler, rooted fuel pump, dirty injector/s. Does it do it more when you have a full tank or doesnt it matter? From there could be the tune itself. Is it a generic tune or custom? Have you run it on the dyno and check the boost and AFR's? Also could be a boost leak somewhere. When I first installed my intercooler kit I use to surge and miss until I checked and went over every silicone joiner, vacumm hose and retightened everything. Failing that some people have reported on here a dislodged/blocked CAT causing loss of power If you still can find it, suggest going to a tuner with lots of experience with fords Good luck finding it and let us know what was the cause when it gets fixed.

they aint as bad as everybody makes out. Ive had 298rwkw for 12months and no problems so far (touch wood). I did get the tranny serviced when getting the tune done though. May have helped a bit but I dont run a tranny cooler

I would have thought the only problem you would have is the noise your BOV makes. Get a plumb back one and you will be sweet. Ive had my kit for 12months and no dramas from cops

Im sure alot of people would be interested in your progress. The simple matter of taking apart any interior piece with photos and instructions would be a great help for people on here. I persoanlly dont get or notice any continous or constant rattles from the interior just the standard bumps and rattles from the driveline. Just curious but how many k's has your car done?

Yeah loved that episode and generally loved the show. I read somewhere total cost of the build was $770k although that is hard to believe
