My mechanic suggested I change this pulley at a service about 18 months ago. He put on a full metal aftermarket one for me cause he'd seen a few go on other ba/bf's. Glad he did after seeing those pics.

I think its all about the way u drive it. I have had nearly 300rwkw in my ute for over 6 months with the stock clutch and it hasn't slipped once yet(nov 05 bf). I'm actually surprised it hasn't, the ute tows a 750kg builders trailer just about every day. Cheers, Greg.

Hey Turbo Jet try autobarn. I've got the same intercooler setup as you, V2 with Vee port bov. Got a turbosmart 25mm to 38mm adapter from them. Usually if they don't have any in stock they can order one in.

A few weeks ago I saw a dark charcol coloured FG Tornado ute pull someone over for talking on their mobile phone. Brisbane north side around the warner area. It had really, really dark tint with fixed police lights inside the cabin.

Aspley maccas is no more. It got demolished last week.
