Well I finely Rang a ford dealer about this today. Was told everyone will be getting another letter as the recalled parts are no good and have also been recalled. Has anyone else heard this? Daniel

Hi I have had the Marangoni Mythos on my car for about 10,000klm. I think they are crap when cold and not much chop in all cons. Would never buy them again you get what you pay for with tyres. I agree with myf6 on this. Thanks

I would spend the 7k on yours. As it should have the stronger (f6) bottom end in it anyway being a 07 bf mk 2 just my 2cents

Hi pull the door trim off Then there is three nuts that hold the motor in which is near the speaker. You can then inspect by lowering motor down in the door if it is like mine [drivers side] was it will be mess of wire around the pully which is attacted to the motor you will know if it's stuffed. If this is the problem you will need a new one. Ford quoted around $200 got one for $101 posted from kingswood country 03 9532 5806 think that's their number. If you need to replace there are two clips that hold the window in the craddle that runs in the baily channel. Then four bolts that hold the baily channel in the door two up the top and two down the bottom. You will see how it all works when you get the trim off took me about 45mins to replace and put back together. Would post some pics but can'nt seem to do it. Hope that helps.

Just got back from Yeppoon nice place nice beaches for kids mine are 4yrs and 18 months. Locals told us that they are doing the resort up at Great Keppel Island as we speak. Might be something you should look into. Hope this helps Daniel

Just got back after going from southern highlands to rocky. went inland up and coast road back. The coast road sucks big time to much road works and speed cams As our06t said uhf would come in handy. In 15hrs of driving inland seen two bull wagons an no highway patrols Hope this helps
