Ive had a few mates with blocked cats and there cars wouldnt rev and ran very doughy, where mine still revs free and drives fine on and off boost? that's whats making me think?

Hey guys lil prob with My XR6T we have had it on the dyno twice now, the tune is spot on running 15psi with mods listed in my sig, how ever it wont make anymore then 350rwhp, we even put the boost up to 17psi and it made no difference still 350rwhp, when looking under the car after the run, the Cat was glowing Bright orange. where the turbo and the manifold where fine. no mater what we do the car will no get over 350. cat converter?
