Yeah im okay now have to have it operated on in a few weeks putting some pins in and sewing sh*t together, my bro has had that done when he broke his knee in motocross, says having it operated on was like having it broken all over again :(

Yeah, hasnt been a great week for either of us eh? I was in the hospital from 5 till god knows when. Had me on some whacked out drugs man used the laughing gas and stuff. Most agonizing thing ever.

yeah no sh*t it hurt quite a bit. I'll have to go see a panel beater or something when im ready to drive again I think, get it fixed up and get the scrapes and chips on the front bumper done too.

Hey everyone I hope you had a good cruise, I just want to apologies to everyone, especially to stef for not showing up it has been a bad end to the week for me. I had an accident with a chainsaw on friday evening cutting firewood, it did'nt cut me but I wound up with a snapped leg. Then dad used the xr6 last nite, someone egged it and the dogs licked it off when he got home, they jumped all over the doors to lick it off and scratched it down to the primer :( Anyway sorry again everyone :(

The little girl had him on charges for the same thing in 1999 but the charges were dropped because she said she lied about them to get him in trouble, then in 2006 she came forward saying the same thing had happened. So after lying the first time it really doesnt make her look good.

Nah I do believe I am allowed to talk on the case now, it was only so as my mind didnt become polluted with other peoples opinions The case was one on indecent dealings where a 35 year old man in a defacto relationship had done things of a sexual nature to his missus' middle daughter on many occasions, and on one occasion with her eldest son. There were 11 charges, 9 which the girl claimed had happened, and 2 which the boy claimed had happened. One of those was a sexual penetration charge, which I believe steff would refer to as "smokin' the pole". But yeah it was pretty crap cos there was no evidence as all the alleged activities occured in a period between 1997 and 2004. It was pretty much his word against the kids, nobody else witnessed the activity, it was always him and one of the kids alone and never more than one.

I was hoping so too! I brought the wrong person to man the camera, my cousin took not one good photo, there were a few good shots of my roof liner, one of my centre sub thing and half a wheel on someone elses car.

They choose only need 12 jurors to decide the final verdict, but they choose 14 to allow for a couple being unable to come in (being sick or whatever). But when it comes time to decide they draw numbers out of a box to decide which 2 are leaving. Im a little pissed off cos I spent 5 days in there hearing all that crap for nothing!

sh*te yeah a cruise down south I rekon I like the scenery in the hills down there. Yeahhhh.... I finished jury duty today, I got balloted off before deciding whether the bloke is guilty or not! It felt rather like being slapped in the face with a turd.
