Thanks for answering. I'm not completely sure it's the cat but definitely up front of exhaust I've got another second hand one to sort it and new mounts. As for plenum mounts I've searched ebay first but there don't seem to be any after market ones out there so I give in and am off to Ford for them they turn out to cost $22 each.

What brand are they some cheap tires even though balanced could be that out of shape they thump as you drive and this could be countered buy the suspension up until high speed

im looking to replace some worn out rubber. the plenum mounts are all broken and ford is asking $30 for 1 wow. the rear end is needing new diff mounts are nolathane the way to all round or just some.
