I`m looking computer solutions. I wanna laptop notebook whatever, but while looking on thursday night I spotted a really keenly priced desk top deal I could buy for my youngest that`d free up my time online. But by golly Dells deals are pretty decent.. I seemingly could get the same or better in specs plus extra software a bag and 15 months McAfee to say nothing of the 12 months hardware a nerd comes to ya house and fixes it warrantee for about the same or less than the shops I saw. Any pro`s and cons with Dell? I don`t like them basically cause they are big. that's about it really.. So, as per usual I`m flicking back and forward unable to decide.

It`s the Tornado brand exhaust. I got one, its pretty alright.. Sounds noice. I had a quick look under Pauls` FG at the new Nizorst and trust me you`d know the difference between the two.. Huge..

Don`t forget back when it was XB`s and Torana`s they were all pissed as farts.. Its just a part of growing up to make a bit of noise in the main street. Like it was said, 20 yrs time these kids will be standing on their front lawns shaking a plastic rake at the youth of tomorrow.

Best bet is to open the door, put ya foot on the deck and slide ya leg back till it touches the sill you create a good ground or whatever and no zap.. I reckon VH comodes with velour were the worst ever, they`d throw a spark like a magneto. Ugliest scenario is squeezing out of a car in a confined space where you can`t get the door fully open and the mamma jammin thing sparks onto you ear.. Then to jolt usually makes you crack your temple on the window frame and if ya mates see it, hilarity ensues.

There`s stuff I gotta fix, bog dust to clean. I`m getting there. I`m going to add new springs soon, was thinking Kings but I`m flexible, prolly stock front hieght SL rears.. that's prolly. New front sway bar might find a home too. Mean time I need a trans service and the under apron wind deflecter doover needs to go back on.

Pads and rotors gone? Mine did this funny lil flutter just as you applied the brakes in reverse and then at times with light application going forward.. I knew they were buggered though. I replaced the fronts with DBA 5000 rotors and Race Brakes RB24 pads.. After doing the heat - cool thing a couple times I fairly jumped on them hard from 100 pkh, my son and I felt like our brains near come out our noses. I realise your in an FG, prolly not many K`s to have worn the brakes out, but my BF did barely 45,000 and they were gorn..

LOL! the brand new virgin underside of the front bar lasted fully 30 mins, I scraped it on the metre high parking buffers at Elite.. Then again at the servo.. A truck and dog I was following home dropped a few fist sized dirt clods out from underneath and I scored a stone chip in the bonnet.

Got it home today.. Paul Elite and I did the boot lid decals after checkin positioning on Jo`s car with a ruler.. In a 40 knot wind and our tongues poking out just so, we applied them.. Wasn`t until I got home that they are on the same horizontal line, glad we got it right. Good enough any bloody way. I took some pics while there at Elite. The Nizpro cooler versus a stock one... The exhaust system that hangs off the cieling.. The new Nizorst on Pauls FG looks phat as. I`m claiming copyright on ` Nizorst ` too. The Niz cooler looked pretty darn oight too on Pauls FG. No pics of either.

thanks guys, looking at the many cars with SL fronts and SSL rears, I reckon it`d be a safe bet.. Anyway, it wouldn`t be hard to toss a set of SL`s in the rear, stand back and look, then make a decision on the fronts.. Lol, I scraped my stock height BRAND NEW and fresh painted front bar twice on the way home today. What a loser.

Go out and fix it now, gorn..

I did search, but has anyone done the above? Just gone with SL`s on the rear, and stock hieght heavier springs on the front? My car has this rake like a AA gasser from the 60`s. I`d love to just take that gap out of the rear guards over the tyres. But the front is like a grader, final trim, with the stock springs in it, it`d be lunacy to lower it. Thoughts? Personal experiences?

I saw Steve`s new plates on Tuesday and they look sh!t hot on the car.
