Guys, As many of you would already know there are so many ways to deal with these pricks but heres the one I found works the best. No one likes a customer that nags so you got to get them on your side by making them sympathise with you. You just bought a new car it cost you a lot of money and you need it to be running right because its effecting your work blah blah blah bringing it back all the time. Call the dealer principle tell him about your concerns and that you want to work with them to get the problem sorted. He will refer you to his customer service manager who has no option but to listen and help you out because his BOSS just refered you to him directly. Write a list up like one of the other guys on here mentioned and offer to leave it with them for as long as they want even a week if they need it and tell them that you dont want to take it back until its fixed. If you drive it out... and theres a rattle its coming straight back in for another week and a loan car at their expense. After going back and forth so many times this one worked the best for me! Go to the top then work your way down!
