My mate is Heading down to brissy tomorrow to look at an 05 Ba Mk2 6 speed manual ute with 150 000ks on it. Its gonna be his first turbo car, what should he be asking, should anything have been replaced or so on. he's taking a mechanic so yeah fire me some questions to pass on... Thanks Mitch

The Mbar cruise doesn't have to be a big thing, maybe a cruise upto coolum or sumthing then just have a chill and chat and so on

Went in a spoke to one of the salesman, he didnt know anything about it so I gave him my number and he was gonna ask a few of the other people there if they knew anything, and was gonna call me... That was about a week ago now and no call....

looking at ordering a personalised plate, but hell all the back ground colours are foul. Working with whats there anyone got some suggestions of what would look good on a Toxic Ute. If there is anyone with a pp on the toxic or citric acid throw it up there so I can see the colours. So far im looking at going a boring black background with white writting -.- and is there a way to get more than 1 shade of green as the only 1 the have is dark

Hey has anoyone got a picture or info on what the ute trays look like without the black plastic lining. Reason im asking is I have to put 2 motorbikes in the rear or my ute and only have 2 hooks to tie down to. Does anyone know if there are any hooks welded into the tray under the black plastic lining?

were u running standard suspension and rims?

yeah since my car is lowerd ive bypssed ford for the moment. Im fairly sure mine is in my suspension as well. As with JMans something just sounds dry, I dont believe mine is to bad. Goin into suspension shop tomorrow

Hmmm my ute started this today, only happens in first when I take off. ANd as Jman said varys as I do with accelaration. off to forward again on monday....... Ill report there findings

yer im from the sunny coast, there are about 4 or 5 of us from this forum from up here, also lots of peope from brissy, and as tab said in the cruise section we to plenty around here.

no the rear speakers are run throgh the amp so 3 channels are being used, while the fronts are run through the unit. It's pretty basic as I said, but its in s ute so it sounds pretty good anyway

Nothing to the engine yet, put sub amp and new speakers in today, starting to save for capa box and tune now

I just got my basic setup put in today. Ran a 12ich sub in a box behing passenger seat, 4 channel amp under passenger seat and replaced the factory 4 5x7 speakers with some new soundstream ones, ran the whole setup from my standard sound system.
