im a new Vic Roads P plater, and if I buy a xr6t I can't drive it, which is sh*t as there my favortor car. im looking at getting a xr6t from a family friend cheap, and I would have to take off the turbo gear. im just wondering if I take off the turbo gear and put N/A gear on and go for road worthy and regerstaion would it be regestored as a xr6 turbo or a N/A xr6? becasue I don't wont the cops booking me even thou it not turbo'd it just says it turbo'd? any help would be great

a seach was the first thing I did, but didn't come up with anything. im only thinking of doing this because the new laws don't let me have turbo's so I need another show stoping feature like the air bags, alot of Expensive Daewoo vy's etc have bags so I don't see the dramers with air bags, im just worried about the handeling etc. I know there is a BA ute on bags was at ford day this year looks realy tuff dumped

what is the pro's and Con's of installing Air bags on a XR6? how would it handle with the bags? etc let me know what you all think as it could be my next project
