hi everyone I got a xr8 power steering pump and I was going to fit it to my bf typhoon, but when I match up the xr6 pump with the xr8 pump they bolt on diffrently and the xr8 one has a bigger pully, has anyone do this that could help me. or can the xr6 one be modifid to have a remote mounted resvior? thanks regards daniel

hi just got a quick question, I have a bf typhoon sedan. looking at putting a exhaust on it. I fround a fg xr6 turbo 4" cat back exhaust off a mate. just wondering are they alot diffrent or could I gt away with it on my bf with some cutting and repositioning. just mainly is the pipe that goes over the diff the same. thanks

im looking at upgrading my turbo as im going external gate, and im thinking of going for the gt42r with 1.00 hot side. just need peoples opinions on if its to big for 350rwkw (till I get a built engine) because aventualy I want over 450+ so the turbo side will all be finished, im just thinking of doing it once, but I dont know if its over kill for 350ish?

just wondering is there any differnts in ef-au-ba top section of plenums? all the bolts etc line up? will the ef-au top part of the plenum fit a xr6t? thanks

lol it looks low at the bak cos the boot was full of sh*t for work etc, its normaly at stock height, but I have some ssl going in soon

here are some pics of my new daily, its a 04 mkII BA xr6 turbo, its pretty much stock atm besides from a wog cooler and xr8 18's, but in the up coming weeks im putting new cooler kit on and custom tuned to around the 240-250rwkw mark

its only illeagel to drive turbo if u get pulled over without a good exsuse, but how many times will u get pulled over it you don't speed and be a dikhead on the roads, and stay way from hot spots, about 50% of P platers have modified there cars and about 10% are driving turbo, some laws a meet to passed, cos u can do 150+ in a 1.8L its not the cars that kill people on the roads its people being dikheads killing people and thereselfs

im on my L for another month or so now, and I have two cars both turbo, xf turbo(weekender) and xr6t (daily) and I will be driving both, as I am rego'ing them in the company name under the boss, so all I need is a lettle head saying eg. im going to pick up some house plans, or droping off some tools, or going to or from work etc, im a concreter as well so my work hours can be anytime :D and also im not going to act like a dh on the roads eg. no speeding and sh*t, cos I don't wont to draw attendion, the only reason I didn't buy a non turbo xr6 cos I think there is no point in buying a car when for another couple of grand u cann get a turbo version

or does anybody know the thickness of a n/a rad?

I recently bought a xr6 turbo, and I don't know if its edited or not, just wondering if it has been edited/tuned, would I be able to tune it again with a diffrent capa flash box? or do I need the original one that was used for the car if it has been tuned?

just a quick question, my radiator has a leak and cbf getting it repaired, just wondering is the N/a radiator the same as the turbo radiator? or is the turbo one bigger? thanks
