Atom Ape

I had the BA Mk 1 which was delivering round town of 13-15l/100km and 10.5 on the open road. I was also driving an old 94 4.0 N/A fairmont for a while and that was delivering 14-15l/100km as well. Motto of the story, by as new as you can get? Surely the 6sp auto's must be a decent improvement over the 4spd.

It's like Father Ford was listening to my christmas wish list. Better vision, better access, more power, more comfort. The G6E turbo, a fairmont with true grit. I so want to go down to the dealership today. Shame we won't see them in NZ till the second half of the year.
