    very good results mate!!! is this power utilising that standard injectors? holy crap, 400 is insane power let alone 500+, good luck with this mate and keep us all posted and pics, plenty of pics!!!!! oh yeah, I noticed you have run it on the rollers in 3rd gear, why that mate? and damn you really rev it hard, past 6000rpm on a standard motor, rev limiter is removed eh?
  2. I have seen one car that has sounded simular to this mate, I was a the XFT workshop and they were limping a car out of the carpark into the workshop that had the same rattle, it was the clutch that exploded,

  5. sounds good im a definate if its on Friday the 29th of May! im a quater mile virgin too and am just curious what it will pull, I'll definately be running softer rubber on the rear compared to the concrete hard dunlops on there now!!!
  6. yer its so frustrating. interesting that if you screech your tyres you loose you car and get a bullsh*t fine, where as if you get absolutely wasted at the pub and drive home and crash - you get the fine and loose your licence but you don't loose your car......... I can understand the street racing thing but BURNOUTS ARE HARMLESS YOU DICK HEADS !!!!!
  7. yer it was a race day at AJS n that's jsut down the road from the go carts, I thought that was you coming over the crest on the way, yer im tryin my hardest for the other fellas to start modding their T's and F6's there is a few there, no where near as many V8s there unfortunately haha

  9. depends on wiether you like your car or not, I limped mine to be tuned on the first drive with new cooler and it payed off as it was spiking up to 19psi

    ok. I am in this same situation at the moment too. if its a manual you will get your ass kicked untill you get to third gear, then you will soon start making ground on the VE 6L. The reason I have is my mate has just tuned and put an exhaust on a LS1 VY Maloo and has 225rwkw, I have 336rwkw, On a drag he is half a car lengh in front of me by the first hundred metres, but again this is on a private bitumen road so spin in 1st and second and a bit in third is a major factor in a manual box (I run a T56 but so does my mates LS1), I think the power delivery on the V8's are majorly underestimated. Dont get me wrong I love my turbo so much but I think purely looking at big numbers is not a good indicator on wiether its faster than an 8 with 100 less horsepower. But then again this is a Turbo site so im expecting some true die hard T fans to shrow sh*t for this but after seeing the power my mates puts out for a total of $2000, over my $5000, V8's (modern engines that is) are still just as competitive as ours! hope that helps mate let the slader begin!
  12. can I ask why you are using an FG plenum??? Also, are these the previously tested Atomic cams you are using at the moment or are these new ones designed within the last few months from atomic?

  15. I recently got 600 kms to a tank while sitting on 125kms the whole way driving from Perth to Kalgoorlie, Pretty stoked about that given I got 336 at the wheels!!!

  18. yer im interested to see how you go with this, I have the stardard dba rotors and pads on my F6 and when playing for 5 minutes I can get the pads blowing smoke over the bonnet... wtf.

Good luck with your 360 on your simple mods. keep in mind most people here live and breath these cars, a lot of them drive theses very model ford turbos' and we all know what its like to drive them, but 5th gear spinning............ dude
  22. ah yer the new camp, im in the camp across the road from the BP in Kambodia, don't tell me that bikes are going walking cos I got mine in town at the moment locked up in a mates shed! Yep the financial siruation sure has quietened the place down a lot, its real quiet in the camp now, and two of our Underground sites have shut but im fairly safe unless my site shuts too haha, yer ill try leave some F6 tattoo's out the front of the BP before I go hahaha, I beleve the 30kmh roll ons its so slippery!!! you have to shift at 3000 when playing around here if you don't want to do burnouts hahahaha, na I never been I swinging arms - not really big enough to get in fights with the locals yet haha Keep an eye out for the Ute I drive to Motocross every day after work

    if it was me I'd drive a bunky fro the time being, go to your tuner and buy an old block, have it machined and rebuilt with H-beams and performance pistons, get them to biuld it just incase and there you go, reco the head at the same time. from what I have heard from reputable people, that would be the way to go if I were in your shoes over buying a complete block
