a full system 4'or 3.5' dump ,cat and mild twin 2.5" system is aprox $990 all bolt up. Thats the system i am going for of maby a quad for around $200 more this is the one i am going to use, i am going to open the inlet side of the cat to 4"

it would look better if it was mounted were the xr6 badge is on the skirt, or replace the front and rear ford badge as we all know what a great car we drive, Oh and change the 5 and 2 around lol

who makes the single a piller pods? I want to mount my e-boost there as I have a fpv/cobolt one all ready.

Mate I am 32 and have drivien for the army and did personal protection driving for 3 years (so I did heaps of performance driving training for this) but one year I was driving back to Brisbane from Bundy for ANZAC day in the wet and I came of the gateway at 11pm at night. The area is just after the boondal on ramp southbound, the road curves to the left, a pretty long eazy sweep with dips/low spots in it right on the bend, I was only doing 70-80kph when I hit these dips that fill with water. The car's ass dident follow the front around the turn so as soon as I hit the other side of the dip the rears bit in, but only after I had gorn a little side ways, and I just drove of the side of the road, spun 2 times on the grass and stopped 50m along, facing the same way. When I called the cops to let them know what happened, they knew exactly where I went of, as a lot of people go of there. I went back the next day to find some of my tools that flew out of the boot in the accident and you could see 5 sets of skid marks in the same area. I dident hit the brakes or swerve, it all happened in a pooftenth of a second and was out of my control. So it just goes to show that even with training and about 10 years of driving behind me it can happen to any one.

dont use forged internals, just the same rods and better pistons it will be cheeper still.

why bother with the f6 motor. You can pick up lo k's na motors for around $750. Change the valve springs and (if needed) the cams as a package for under $1500. New rods and pistons for around $2000 and you have a better motor than the f6. Total around $4500

Has any one thought about or tried to use an eb-ed intake manifold on there t so you can use shorter intercooler piping. If it fits wouldent it be as good as some of the after market ones, after all the origanal bbe style manifold was for the internal butterflies to shorten the runner length at 3800rpm but the turbo manifold did away with this feature.
