I reckon if you even think about modifying your car, they void your warranty !!

I have worked on big V16 2500hp Quad turbo diesels for years and they never prefilter the turbo supply oils, the engine oil is just filtered thru four big oil filters. Sounds like they have engineered a problem into the bloody oil system,, clowns,,, I will be negotiating this pretrubo oil filter change out every 30,000kms as a part of my lease I am sorting out,,

After reading every bloody thing on the forum with regards to the auto vs manual decision in F6's ect,, I am gonna lease a XR6T in the new year (hopefully before those gay Orions come out) and I am stumped with trans choice. I will be doing country roads majority, too and from work. I have a dodgy sorta knee, so I am leaning away from the manual,, but don't want the auto to take away from the fun factor.. Any ideas lads ?? So far the want list is looking like this : XRT6 Sedan Manual or Auto (don't know) Conquer Blue or the black colour Tints Bluetooth Ipod connection Leather seats Towbar (Leased, with a nice fuel card, so I can drive it quite hard !! :banghead: )

Where would I stand with a leased XR, after a edit? I understand, just reflash the stock tuning before a service, then upload the custom tune after.. But, where do ya stand, when ya car breaks down (hopefully never!) and gets towed to ford for a warranty repair ect,, then they find the tune is different ????
