Really hope things come together for you - Update for me - Tiler has been and everything has been laid, just needs the grout Looks awesome but will have to get some photos in the daylight, as we went after work All the downpipes have been connected to the storm water, so only a bit of render on the facade and our driveway and the outside will be all done Inside the electrician has been this week and fitted all of the switches and lights installed, connected the power also! Plumbing fit off, wardrobe fit outs and lay the floor is the only major jobs left inside, hopefully another month it will be pretty close

Yeah not sure why but costs a heap more in Victoria, using the mainstream builders at least Should be cheaper as it needs less timber work to support the weight, who knows And yeah plenty of work turning the mud pit around the house into a garden

Colourbond roof looks great pixy, I really wanted it on my house but wasn't prepared to pay extra just for a nice looking roof You'll be in soon Stever, everything is really coming together now Painters have been and finished at my build, splash back has been installed in the kitchen as well Floor and wall tiles have been delivered for the bathrooms and laundry, should be done by next week hopefully, Couldn't get many pictures as its always dark when I check it out after work, but here is one shot of the kitchen Also the wife noticed our gutters were the wrong colour, so I got the phone straight away to the builder and they worked out it was a paperwork issue at their end. (I knew it wasn't anything we missed) but it all got fixed within a week, so that's a win as well
