Is there a chance that you are listening more intently for a noise because you have changed the oil ? Are you certain the noise was not there ? (I say this without trying to offend at all) I put nulon in mine and instantly it went quiet....

You will be sweet then, I flushed mine by filling it up and starting it with the oil cooler lines running to a bucket, (I say both hoses cause I can't remember which one is the outlet) And just keep pumping fluid in until it flows out cleaner, then just put the hoses back on and follow the fill procedure... Also search "furious performance" on eBay for the adapter fittings for your cooler lines

If no, then prob best to leave an auto service to the experts

Installed PWR heat exchanger and gave the auto a service at the same time... The oil after 115k was discoloured a a fair bit, but didn't smell burnt at all so that's a good sign I guess And what a great kit the PWR one is, everything you need and great instructions, hardest part was pushing the hose onto the barbs And the ZF is so smooth with some new oil in it :-) Also a note to anyone that wants to service their own ZF What ever size tray or bucket you grab to catch the oil, go ahead and double it because the oil goes everywhere haha

See harrop have a supercharger kit for the vf now, 540kw with driveline warranty Hate to think the price of it though :-O
