Could I suggest a throttle body clean, just to rule out the really simple thing I know it's just had a tune but the stock tune might have been able to compensate for it Only a suggestion and I hope it gets fixed without to much trouble

Yeah mine has a venom cat, running 14psi till the end Ratter explained to me that the stock exhaust is good, but it still causes back pressure and can then start to effect the valves (as I still have stock springs) He said valve spring upgrade would be able to get more power or put a more free flowing exhaust on Every car is different, mine also has 120,000k's on it Here's a dyno sheet if anyone curious

My car made 306rwkw as well My tuner (Pitlane) said it was standard exhaust holding mine back from more power Yours could be similar, but as you said 300kw is awesome!

I have seen quite a few around Melbourne... There is a XR8 that lives right near me, follow him to the freeway most mornings, tried to get him to push it along next to me but wasn't interested haha Also had a bit of fun driving next to a new xr6 turbo as well I actually like the look of them a lot

Yeah sorry for confusion, I did mean the spin-on oil filter That you replace every oil change

But your oil still goes through the screw on filter before it goes to the turbo... Which means that red crap is after your standard screw on oil filter and before the earls filter

That's a lot of crap you got out of the filter... It does look like thread sealant, possibly from when you put the earls kit on the motor At least it caught it

My money would be on an exhaust leak Check all your manifold bolts and turbo mounting

Does it do it when your just cruising or only when it's on boost Is it a ticking noise ? Simple things check all your intake clamps are tight Check for Exhaust leaks Make sure nothing is flapping underneath like a stone guard Nothing caught in your bumper Is your car modified or stock ?

Anybody got any tips for putting an earls oil line kit on a territory turbo? I have to do it for a mates old man I have heard its a little harder, he reckons gotta take the a/c compressor off Please tell me this is not true Thanks in advance

Concrete is very cold, batteries don't like cold I don't know the science or if it's actually true but at work (diesel mechanic) workshop rule was if battery out, its on a piece of wood or rubber If anyone forgot usually that battery was rooted
