  3. Yeah just bash it out with a hammer and socket that fits in there... I suggest just buying a new uni as it will be easier to just flog the old one out and then put a new one in, Give you piece of mind that it's new bearing and new uni
  4. Awesome stuff I can't even imagine what both 403kw and 490 even feel like Congrats dude What model is it ?

  7. You have to take the uni out And depends what type of uni you have If it has circlips holding the caps in place your in luck can be pressed out, remove the yoke and replace the centre bearing, also be a good idea to replace the uni at the same time If it's got little crimps into the steel holding the uni caps in, you need to take the shaft to a driveline shop for them to do it Here is a pic of the non-serviceable type
  8. My missus had to wear one of those for 24hours as wellDrove me mad when we went to bed, like you said every hour pumping up and humming away I even managed to squeeze a root in when she had it, I told her we have to simulate normal life haha Worked out for the best though, she on med's for high blood pressure now and she's good as gold Hopefully the same for you [emoji106]
  9. Yeah yeah I was only a little bit off haha [emoji13] And I never said I used lifeguard6 I got Mercon SP from America And the only reason I did that is cause I'm a tightass and didn't wanna pay for zf oil And read a lot of other random forums for jaguar and bmw that said that its the same fluid so I gave it a whirl because I got free shipping I also plan to do another complete flush with gulf western oil in the next few weeks
  10. Oh dear!! That Is hardcore
  11. Great quality oil, I know it says LSD oil but it will be perfect in a standard open diff as well It took the hum out of my diff as well
  12. I got the heat exchanger for 700 in group buy Oil for $120 Gasket and filter $50 (non genuine) And rent a hoist for $50 So yeah a smudge under 1000
  13. Also it's what the starter motor drives to start the motor!
  14. I bought the PWR heat exchanger ZF filter Pan gasket (already had steel sump) 12litres of oil from the US of A Fitted exchanger and serviced the tranny myself for just a smudge under $1000 So definitely not a cheap exercise to do but I feel happy with it I would prob have gone an air cooler if I knew about jets setups before I bought my PWR cooler I would be $500 better off, but in no way am I unhappy with the setup I have [emoji106]
