I think you got bigger problems than a small hole in your cooler

Exhaust leak Throw a spanner over all the manifold nuts/bolts see if any are loose Or see if a gasket has blown out Noise goes away when it warms up because it expands the metal and seals up

My guess is exhaust leak Or plugs are shagged and you've got spark breakdown

You would want to put it in series with the zf cooler So it goes through engine oil heat exchanger first and then through the zf cooler, same as factory then If you used a "T" it would alter the flow of coolant through each cooler

Cooler thermostat will give you more power if tuned to it Hotter thermostat will give better fuel economy if tuned to it I have the standard one in my car, I like my heater being hot in cold Melbourne winters [emoji106]

Nice one Gary, I just got a Hero 4 as well, the touch screen model yeah? I got three of the little Bugga's now haha I have the go pro suction mount, never had any problems Have also used stuck to the bottom of a fibreglass boat while fishing, at anchor obviously...
