  1. It raced on sunday ETM and as a result it ran a 9.91 at ??? mph im sure it will come out sooner or later. Also the CREATD car is no longer with them it has moved on to PET also and is having some more work done.

Hi guys, Im now looking to get my auto tricked up and wish to stick with the original 4spd, and nows the time to ask some questions and get some feedback so I can make the decision, with this I wish to fit stall converter either lockup on non lockup (unsure whats best), trans cooler the works and it will have to be a drive in drive out job, just wanted to know who is the best to see and what prices have they got for doing such job. From what im reading some say bayswater auto's, some say kewish, some say preston auto's and there are a few others around aswell but they are the main mentioned. Im looking to do it, and do it once, that's the reason im asking who can build killer 4spds and it will need to handle atleast 350rwkw and beyond. Cheers

Mate chase up a 2nd hand flash $3-400 give or take, remove centre muffler $200 odd, typhoon lower intake $165 new or get snorkal and chop your own hole in your lower air box $70 with flat panel hi flow filter $80-100 new 2nd hand $30-40 and possibly a better cooler $3-500 and it should go well, at most you can only get a 10psi tune as you only have stock injectors still or spend a little more getting good injectors or a cheaper alternative is drilled injectors and crank it to 12-15psi and it should haul ass.

I agree with YPURV4 from what I seen it was on ET streets and had full interior exhaust etc etc. Well done to the owners of all cars and yeah I guess your gota take the good with the bad so give them all some more track time and every one of them will improve without a doubt. What power is the silver 10sec making on Nizpro's dyno btw. It is a stage 2 plus or stage 3 setup im presuming.

I seen that also so well done turboxr is she still making the same power or have you made some changes ?, there were quite a few that I seen there last night, I cant remember all but from what I can remember this is what there was. turboxr 11.9 around 116-17... headsex went 11.17 I think around 124-125... xssiv I think it was a green xr went 12.2 around 113-114 consistently... black xr went 11.? a few times... silver xr consistent 10.8s... another blue xr consistent 12s... There was also a few more but without writing things down aswell as looking as other cars its impossible to keep track. Maybe a few others will have some more details.
  6. Ah k, well from the I was told the twin 2.5s =5 inches of flow compared to the single 3.5 inch, but then again everybody has there favourites.
  7. Are you saying your twin 2.5 inch xforce cat back is restricting your car, or another type of cat back that came with the car ?. I heard the twin 2.5 inch outflows the single 3.5 inch by abit of a margin and was recommended it by xforce themselves.

  9. Why didnt you take it back to prestons to have the work carried out ? then you coulda had it cleaned and serviced etc etc all in the 1 go.
  10. Yeah that may very well be the car I got there late so it may have runs some 10s earlier.
  11. There was also a yellow phoon which looked to be in full street trim on the factory 19s that ran 11.0@129mph and a black T ran 11.99@113 mph and a few others that were in the 12-13-14 second region.

  13. Were LOANED to Chopper for street Late model camira front page feature, belong to a twin turbo calais but yes have done a stint on a white excel but are now currently on a black T.

  17. Ok guys my fuel pump is real bad now so I cant wait for a group buy, I need a pump now so does anybody know a place in melbourne that stocks Walbro GSS 340s so I can go grab 1 tomorrow or something if possible.
  18. Maybe a group buy on some Nizpro plenums alone, or Nizpro cooler and plenum kits next hey Straughsberry, if we get enough people im sure they should drop on price for a bulk buy.
  19. Where in Vic can I go buy 1 of these Walbro GSS 340 intank pumps from as all the places ive tried only have GSS 341's or 342's.

Mine sits at about a needle to 2 needle sticks above 1/4 and if im giving it a repeated hard time it will go up to just under half but once cruising it will come back down to just over 1/4 again. On my autometer cobalt guage it sez the temp at that level is about 190-195F and when im giving it a repeated hard time as mentioned above it might climb to 210F at most but come back down whilst cruising.

  23. Just curious to know why you fitted a T04Z if the remaining engine is stock ?. Is there spec's on the car floating around ?. Oh and congrats mate that awesome for a first time out, how much power and boost is she making.
