  1. To the car, engine or ?? Car's already painted and trimmed but might be giving it a color change to black with orange stripes down the track though to resemble the old ALIPWR Capri...

  3. Yeah orange is the best color stripes for the old school falcon's... It's currently fully engineered and registered with a mild 302w C4 or 10 auto and 9inch diff, BUT in the next few week's it will be receiving my GT47-88 equipped Atomic 998GT-R, Protran's Outlaw Severe Duty 2spd glide, Then I will be having it re-engineered with the Barra driveline ( already have consulted engineer ) obviously for registration purposes I will be fitting it with stock turbocharger setup though...
  4. Please tell me your putting fluro orange GS or GT stripes on rather than silver... Looking good none the less, go the old school, im doing a Tuff old school MK1 Capri as we speak, cant wait till it's complete...

Im pretty sure there's a topic in the pitlane performance section of the forum about a customer car that had an EPA with a Stage 2 cobra kit and then got it passed EPA with the Nizpro stage 2 kit, I think they tuned it up to pass though the emissions test but that was about it if memory serves me...
  6. Only EPA/ADR legal stuff for these car's is Nizpro and APS gear, but im sure you have to run "ALL" there gear for it to be legal..ie cooler, injector's, pod & airbox etc etc...
  7. Cheer's for that, Yeah was just asking as I have same turbo combination as your's and im using ETM extractor's with a 60ml Turbosmart gate, was just curious as my turbocharger sit's in nearly identical position as your turbo does...

  9. A big well done mate, that's an awesome acheivement for such a big car in such a short time frame of racing it, im sure with some more track time the time's will tumble even more so goodluck...
  10. Never had a problem with my 998GT-R, started 1st go upon installation, gave it a run in tune, I ran it in within a week... Other than it seeming to run a little hotter than normal for awhile until the k's started getting up there it was mint, but now it's all back to normal temp's, it start's first go everytime and feel's and sound's tuff as nail's, cant wait to really start throwing power into it...

Ah k fair enough, just thought I'd ask that way people with similar manifold's and turbo's will reply, im using an ETM manifold, Turbosmart 60mm gate and ETM 4" dump, GT47-88, all fit's under the bonnet have no clearance issues, you wouldn't even know it was there... It's a tight fit but it all goes in there...

  16. Yes that's IceMyButt's car off the forum, it's in the drag section... It's from T.R.P (Tony Rigoli Performance)in Sydney, it's a tuff car, running a GT47-88 and 2spd im sure... Make's me froff even more to get mine finished... When are you racing your's phantom6 ??
  17. That Typhoon had a hard impact, he must have been jogging pretty quickly as from what I seen the 5 odd tree's snapped and ripped out of the ground were anywhere from 5 to 8 inches round easily... Car was a total loss...
  18. The GTX45 isn't really any laggier than the GTX42, and now there is a new GTX47 out, not sure on HP rating but im guessing around the 1500hp mark...
  19. You cant run big cam's with the VCT brad from Atomic has told me, (Stage 4+ Up Im sure ??) as it cant keep the cam's phased with the crank at high RPM or something along those lines, so they remove all the VCT cam gear's and fit adjustable set...

  23. No Resale Value ?? LOOLOL They are Automotive Icon's, Aussie Delivered 90-92 R32 GTR's are still fetching as high as $50k, and there 21 year's old... Even a pig of an import 32 with a blown motor would still be worth $10k if it's complianced...
  24. Cant wait for my mate to take delivery of his brand spanker R35 GTR, it's due for delivery in September... Best thing is the US are making all the killer aftermarket gear already so these are really guna be a clear favourite for a long time to come...
