Yes and no. I just added 3mm of washers so the rad did not rub on my nizpro cooler.Was really a straight drop in, BUT I like things perfect. My rad is fenix full Ali. Fenix dont make an Ali one for FG no more. But I reckon you could mod a BA BF one to fit. Or just by a full Ali one from PWR. My BF F6 Pwr is 42mm and 13 years old and my BA F6 50mm Fenix is 6 years old. No issues with each and keeps the cars nice and cool.

Yep. Radiator width goes from 26 - 32mm. So SFA difference but the extra width goes towards the motor so fits easy. It a bit of a squeeze but I fitted 50mm to my F6

Yes you can, BUT the height will only drop the distance between the clip recess. -

I think everyone is confusing thread size with hose size. I use 400 series push on (-10) for oil cooler internal hose size is 5/8 or 16mm. The 3/8 is just the thread size into the fitting. You buy an adapter to go from 3/8 NPT to -10 AN. If you only want 12mm ID use -8 gear. use this in the sandwich plate https://speedflow.com.au/an-flare-to-npt-90-degree-adapters-from/

Part 15782. This is what I have on BA F6. But doesnt have temp port. I have aeroflow one on BF F6. Has temp port but no thermostat. Yeh. Should go injectors, cat, larger cooler, fuel pump and tune. Should see 280. That will be a big step up from stock. What state you in. Get a package from a tuner.
