  1. Nothing is impossible if you have the cash Anything below will kill power.
  2. Good mods, especially flex fuel. Change the 1000 to 1300 or 1700. Tell the tuner your final power goal and he will advise on which to get. With those mods and E85 you will go close to 500rwkw. Bigger injectors will push it further. If you are changing head gasket may as well change head studs. factory ecu is fine. Stage the surge tank pumps with pressure switch (hobbs switch).
  3. Quick car, probably has turbo 400 or power-glide. Likely has 4 link and 9 inch. Image launching like that with a diff bush.
  4. YEP.... 7K wont go far. You have started with the wrong car.
  5. You have the pre 2006 motor with skinny rods. If you want 400, sell that car and buy a BF after august 2006 or rebuild the engine.

  7. Best offset for the front of FG is +20 or +25. Fg has a larger guard,.

  9. stock rim is 19 x 8 +36. How much clearance do you have to the shock tower now. With stock rim backspace is 151mm. 9 inch +38 is 166mm backspace. so sits in a further 15mm , then allow for tyre.
  10. Not sure over in SA. I dont think Jet does them. He probably can help pull it out though. WE have great gearbox re-builders in WA. XFT engineered the 6R80 conversion many gears ago. If you want to do it once and have a bullet proof box, that's my recommendation. Just let the builder know the power output and they will build the box to suit. XFT are pushing over 1200rwkw through theirs.

  12. Starter motor is dying. Is battery good ?
  13. Does the start relay click. If yes does the starter solenoid click. If yes its not the ignition switch.

  18. Something is wrong to draw excess current. You need to determine why. All you need is + feed from battery to relay (fused.). Relay triggered from factory fuel pump +. All earths ground at the chassis near tank. Easy. Is the rubber seal compressing after install allowing the connection to loosen?? The best connections use double nut.

  20. maybe you need a better quality fuel through pot connection block. they just look like stainless studs.
