wow, I mean wow, umm what about wow. Even if I don't like the looks of the FPV FG range, I think I could put up with it for that much grunt.

So,say I get my car confiscated, I lose my job as I must have a car, as a result I lose my house, possibly my wife AND the dearest thing in my life my son, all because a cop made an error, What then, go to court, cop says oops, oh well here is your car. What about my job, my house, MY FAMILY???????? The laws are there for our protection, on that we agree, however there is too much power for the cops in these hoon laws, What is to stop a policeman saying I lost traction, impounding my car. Who is the judge most likely to believe, an upholding member of our police force or joe blog from Doonside (noting what sort a name doonside NSW has as an area, NOT GOOD). What about the following scenario, A car turns a corner in the wet, the back end slides out, driver catches the slide. Police pull said driver over, confiscate the car. All fair right? What about if there was oil on the road the driver did not know about, Or ice, or dried milk (ever hit it in the wet, mega slippery). Unfortunately for the driver he was driving within the limits of the road and conditions BUT hit 'whatever' and has now lost his car. Bad luck says the law. You broke traction. What about if I am trying to get upto speed when turning onto a main road, a little wheelspin, Didn't mean it officer, Too bad, cars gone. I acknowledge that cops do have discretionary views and thoughts and would possibly overlook some of these BUT there are the power hungry, number making cops out there that just don't give a damn. How do we fix these problems, stuffed if I know, will these laws work, Ditto, I just hope that no-one here or anyone I know gets their car confiscated because of a bullsh!t law. If they did break the law, sucked in! PS, after the day I have had, I probably would have been arrested, I had a job made 10 times more difficult because of morons, my grandmother died and if a cop tried to take my car I would have lost it.

The grill looks the same as mine, except mine is black but I don't know who it was from (my brother bought 3 all at once, 1 for me, 1 for him and 1 for a work mate) Otherwise it still looks good and everything but haven't had a good look though. Been on about 3 1/2 months.

But you didn't answer YPURV4's question, Would you, without question, hand over your keys because a cop claimed you did something that you KNOW you didn't do? And would you be happy to do it while saying "Oh well, easy come, easy go, have fun and have a nice day officer"??? I know for a fact I wouldn't be pleased and would then probably be arrested for whatever charge it is to call a cop everthing under the sun and whatever else I couldn't refrain myself from doing or saying.

The top speed is "only" 405kph due to them weighing like 2.2tonne. To get there I believe the body shape will actually deform to create less drag and also create a light amount of lift. Also heard that the tyres only last approx 15mins at top speed. But that's okay because a full tank of fuel gets used in 12mins That's kinda scary.

I think the major reason that Ford service is so bad (I actually haven't had a prob apart from my T not being ready on time, and it was a big job) is that about 90% of the workshop employees are apprentices. As a mechanic myself I ALWAYS recommend to any new apprentices that they should start in a small mechanical workshop, not a dealer for this reason. There is never enough mechanics to teach them the basics.

Just going back to that link, the last I heard braided brake lines weren't street legal. Also the brackets that he is supplying don't look overly strong.

I don't think it is quite low enough, I reckon an ant could walk under it. DAMN UNACCEPTABLE!

Ah Dags, iv'e missed your RPPT posts. Haven't missed you at all though

I was raised in a mega multi cultural part of sydney. I went to chool with people from all corners of the globe and was friends with most of them. I don't care what race, religion sexual fantasies you have. Friends who are catholic, muslim, Salvo's. You name it know them. We all grew up together. At NO POINT have I stated all muslims are bad. One of my best friends growing up is muslim, like you, born and raised in australia. It is unfortunately the bad eggs in all races and religions that gt in the news and cast a bad example on the rest. All my life I have one favorite saying, "I am NOT racist, I just dislike anyone who isn't an Aussie" By saying that I dislike people who are 5-6-7-8 generation australian's but act like total f-wits yet there are people who came into the country yesterday who want to work hard, play fair, not be a F-wit, treat others how they want to be treated that I class as "Aussie". There you see that I DON"T care what race, religion, sexual fantasies you have, just don't force them onto me. I am old enough, stupid enough and a big enough idiot to think for myself. read the full post. It doesn't seem that quick due to the dope holding the camera, no side motion, and no view of the speedo. I remember the first time I drove a XR6T, gave it a bootful, thought I wasdoing about 60-70 but was doing over 100. It is deceptive quick, and I am sure that things is quick as all F@#K cause they are that standard.

I agree it didn't look that quick but it might be like our cars and really desceptive. as I was saying about the viscous coupling, the front wheels are basically only used for traction grip when needed.
