  1. That might be a technicality Dags, will check the paperwork tomorrow and let you know. Even though the cars and suspension etc etc is essentially the same they are still different manufacturers. Also the cars would have been ADR complianced differently.
  2. Were they (19's or 20's) an option on the BA? If not they will be illegal. You are allowed 1 inch (from memory) in both diameter and also width, so any car running 19's can run a 20 but I thought the BA only came out with the 17's and 18's. Don't know about the BF or the FG.
  3. don't forget they can also use the information to have all the cops get together somewhere on the route and pull ALL the cars over and go through them with a fine tooth comb, defect notices anyone??? What about all the people with 20" rims and tyres on their cars?? illegal!!!, lowered too much?? illegal!!! What about if anyone was stupid enough to have drugs on them? (valid question) It is not just speeding and reckless driving they are targeting but also making sure the cars are roadworthy. Seriously, how many cars here are modified and don't have an engineers certificate for the mods? My guess would be quite a few. After all, an un-roadworthy car is what started all this crap in the first place with the idiot bragging about it.
  4. tttoooooooooo many to list, would be here for a while.
  5. Wow, Uralla9 has NO LIFE. Made about 10 reports today, average of 12 per day and currently has close to 6000. Makes you wonder how good these people are that are able to concentrate so hard on taking notice of other peoples mistakes, then able to write all the info down, as well as obeying all traffic rules to the letter. Oh, and all my cars are clean. (don't know how!)
  6. Maybe cruises need to be mentioned in a main topic, all people interested reply and then cruise details messaged or emailed around, another forum I frequent uses this method.
  7. I'm sure that's all that slymeat and I.B are on this forum for Dags hit it right on the head though, sucked in dickhead
  8. its surely not as fast as the Mitsubishi Magna GTR (proper nissan GTR badge) with the rest of the full ricer setup. unfortunately didn't have my phone on me but go there quite often so will stay on the lookout.
  9. Hi everyone, the helmet is now on an auction site. Bid if you like or pass the link onto anyone you think might be interested. Please remember that this goes 100% to "cure our kids". http://www.eswap.com.au/auction_details.ph...ction_id=172185 Thanks
  10. does that mean more stickers for the site Chris?
  11. What's this dags, Before and After???
  12. easiest way to get a sticker like that made is find someone with a vinyl cutting machine. kinda looks like large printer but with heaps of little razors inside. Seem to remember someone on here mentioning they have one in the last few days (sorry, can't remember their name or the thread). This was how I got the decals made for my sports sedan.
  13. the old T5 gearboxes had a 1.2T max advised tow limit. Being an 05 BA would guess it would have the T56, not sure what the tow limits are for them. Personally I would go for the BF, gonna be better in the long run if you can afford it (I couldn't)
  14. blacktown is blacktown, at least it isn't auburn
  15. that is a camera that is hooked up to a main database that checks the rego of your car as you drive by. There would have been a car parked further up the road pulling cars over that head rego problems or if the car was wanted for a robbery or something. I see them around my place quite regularly.
  16. my team is gorrrnnn. Of the teams remaining I have to say go the sharks as well. Hate the storm, manly, brisbane, warriors, roosters with a passion, can't bring myself to like to the raiders after the 89 GF and the saints are the saints, they will choke at some stage.
  17. Hehe, I guess it's going to be thrown out too then. Have a few friends in the liquor industry, They all say that while alcopop slaes have fallen a little, bottles of spirits have jumped dramatically. Oh and a nurse cousin of mine has mentioned that there are the same, if not more people with alco poisoning at the moment. GREAT IDEA RUDD!!!
  18. how do you know that the majority of the population voted for those taxes??? Are you in everyones in sanctum? You ain't in mine! Maybe some people voted for the workplace agreements to be scraped, What about all the other crap krudd spun! (along with all other pollies) Besides, were the alcopop tax and luxury car tax even discussed at the last election???
  19. ETM, I believe it is still yet to go to vote or whatever they do. BUT if it stays, we all are in the proverbial, they will then go and tax every alco drink, spirits, beer the lot. If it fails like the car tax, again we have to worry about krudds next scheme. Oh and we can all say goodbye to the extra money we paid on the premixes, it's probably already spent.
  20. exactly what I have been wondering today Pat. Can sure bet that the people that have alreasdy forked out the extra money won't be too happy now that they learn they shouldn't have had to pay it. All the rest of us now have to worry about what scheme Krudd will come up with to cover for the estimated $550mill loss in tax.
  21. just ring the number and then leave the phone off the hook. Will stuff him up for about 15mins which after a certain amount of time it will automatically disconnect your phone if he leaves his on the hook, longer if the stupid tw4t leaves it off.
  22. grudgee, I'm with you mate, I just can't believe that more people have lost their licence than haven't. I value my driving, have done some stupid things in the past but NEVER were I have put other people lives at risk (not trying to justify it though). I will regularly sit 10-15% over the speed limit but obey nearly every other rule, my missus drives if I drink, she's a good girl, well trained (geez hope she donesn't read this ) I work in a family business so need my licence, not only to get to work but also deliver and pick up parts etc etc. Without it I would be lost.
  23. Well, people have been calling for it so thought I would start it. Lets find out shall we!!! As for me, have been fined twice, funnily enough both times were for 102 in an 80 zone. So never lost licence and have only lost 3 points so far, will get them back in 14 months
  24. I think I remember a vid on youtube about a lotus spinning a few times at turn 1. Was that yours?
  25. One of my best ones would also be putty rd in a little sports car, didn't make the most amount of power but handled like on rails and rarely had to touch the brakes. One of the scariest was coming into turn 1 at wakefield CLOSELY following a Ferrari F430 when he decided to brake about 100m earlier than I planned to. How I missed him I don't know. Another was 'drifting' a hire Nissan pulsar in the NT at 180k's. went over a crest mid corner that unsettled the car a little. Last but not least would be my dad taking me around Amaroo Park (RIP) in an ex WRC Lancia Delta. He basically drove it like he was on dirt which was quite interesting coming into 'stop go'.
