FG mk2 are in my opinion a step back in styling, however the new icc seems to be getting good reports... All I can say is I'm glad I have my mk1 as they look much better IMO... Weather is sh*t ATM, here's hoping next weekend looks better :-/

Nah it wasn't Karl's ute, I'd know that thing anywhere, it was personalized with the letter F and 310, I constantly see it around carindale :-) How's your beast going Ben???

Spotted a sweet black F6 310 ute On old Cleveland rd, had personalized plates, something like FGx310??? Can't remember accurately :-/

Take one for a drive mate, then if you can find somewhere near you with one that has a tune, they are completely different once tuned :-)

Can't believe after everything that happened last year we have the same dramas occurring now further west, I'm hoping that everyone out there pulls through and that the relevant departments have a good plan in place this time

Was referring to I've Ren in xr6t's and F6's when stock and then with a tune only, I felt that the GS had a much more noticeable inprovement in power torque and acceleration compared to the Turbo's... I found that the car became much more aggressive with just a tune compared to friends cars with only a tune done... Could have probably worded that better Ben, sorry about that :-)

Mine pulled 296rwkw then 304rwkw with the K&N, and managed the 12.81 on 296rwkw without any wrk done to it, the K&N gives them a little, catback gives a bit more but unfortunately where all the power is being held back is in the tuning... believe me once it's tuned you won't know your car, such a massive difference, can't even compare to tuning an XR6T or F6...

The missus has a lancer ralliart that I use when it's too wet to take the GS out, I agree ryno but I was referring to in the wet, in the dry the FPV will own a STI/ Evo easily... Except if you are doing a run through roads with no straights longer than 50m then they own you... Believe me both myself and Gaz have found out the hard way...

Nothing wrong with the Evo or ralliart lancers, they both go hard and on a windy road will easily flog an FPV... Actually also on any day where there's the slightest bit of water on the road... As great as the FPV vehicles are, as soon as there is a couple of corners or some water on the road the AWD vehicles will kill them :-(

Hopefully they don't ditch the falcon, as they are now onto a real winner with both the 6T and the S8 so now if they can get the cutout up to par with hsv then it'll be an awesome fight to the death... As Nathan said once these start hitting the used cars and the price drops enough I think these will take off as the new 'tuners choice' for easy HP :-)
