Mate, only running 246RWKW through it at the moment, however weekend after next I am going to fit the rest of my goodies and go in for another tune. SHould see about 360RWKW or so. The new clutch will APPARENTLY hold this according to the auto place... so I'll let you know. I'm having mixed emotions though, it is supposed to be an Exedy twin plate clutch, which is what I was told it was... however I'm not so sure they actually exist!! I'll let you know anyway. At the moment, clutch feels great

I got an Exedy twin plate fitted a couple of weeks ago in anticipation of my next round of mods. Clutch was about $1500 all fitted. Feels pretty good at the moment. Bloke who fitted it rekons it will hold 350-380RWKW fine. Time will tell, once I get around to fitting all my gear and getting a tune. So far, it feels good though.

I dont like it at all. Think the F6 'Racoon' look is absurd. Glad I got in on my BF2. Dunno though, engine sounds like a nice bit o' kit.

When your comparing the diameter, dont forget that the 3.5" has a seperate wastegate pipe, which is roughly 1.5" or so. So the effective overall area is a good improvement over standard. I have just bought one, yet to fit, so I'll let you know how it goes over standard. Looks like a damn good piece of kit though! especially for the money

Just thought this would be a good place to post up a bit of a warning. Some Nigerian scum is having a good crack at trying to scam me out of a laptop I have been selling on ebay. Funny stuff. I am having a great time leading him on though I have attached a PDF of the email correspondance for your viewing pleasure. Just lucky for us they are so stupid huh? Anyway, bullsh*t aside, they basically hack someones ebay account and buy out items. Then send you a bunch of crap and tell you they have transferred the money, and that you are supposed to send them the item then use the tracking number to claim your money from a 3rd party 'holding' bank thing. Its crazy stuff! So Mr Nigerian willingly 'transferred' $3,300 to mr Steve McQueen... which is interesting considering that the bank account doesnt exist... So yeah, PDF is attached. Just a bit of a heads up for any ebayers out there to see the lengths these idiots will go to. I am currently toying with the idea of sending him a large box of rubbish just to get him excited. Yeah, I was thinking the Eungella range up near mackay would ahve been a good spot, but for us clowns out here its like a 4hour drive to Mackay to begin with :S I suppose the go would probably be to drive into town on friday night, say somewhere and have the cruise on saturday or something, drive home sunday... that's the problem with out here, everyone is so far apart :S Nowhere to do tuff laps either :(

It will be a couple of weeks for me though. Getting clutch done next week, then getting it tuned in mackay a week or so after that I imagine. I got mine done at RDP and that's pretty much what it cost me for 3 tunes. Took them about 3.5hrs or so... Dyno time isnt cheap though mate. Depends on what you get. If your box comes with generic tunes sometimes it can be cheaper as they will just modify the generic ones, which is quicker. Again, depends on tuner hey.

Mate have a bit of a search for some more details. THere is a very detailed how-to for installing your snorkel, very idiot proof. Has measurements and everything. Pretty simple job, especially if you got a dremel or something. I used an angle grinder, but you can do the whole job in about half an hour if your decent with tools. Most people suggest that this is a good mod, especially for the price.

Tree monkey, Whats the status on the group buy for the dump and cat? Seems like this whole thread has been screwed up by people after something different.
