I had a very similar problem with mine, if pads and disks are ok it most likely is a abs sensor or wheel bearing which is tripping the abs sensor

GCTXR6 What problems have you had with your Gas setup?

Car starts on Petrol and switches to Gas once it reaches operating Temperature... Another thing is no matter how well your gas is tuned it isn't as responsive as petrol, even on my previous tune Fuel made 250 rwkw and Gas made 275rwkw I would still say that Petrol would out accelerate Gas, Gas still makes good power but feels a little bit more sluggish making it. These are my observations anyway..

Yeah its great spending $30 for a tank fill and having 500 odd horsepower... My Gas system is an Emmegas system, with 3.5mm injectors (Stock 6.0ltr v8's on this system use 2.7mm). I had some issues in the beginning and I couldn't be bothered always taking it back to gas installer,so I downloaded the emmegas software and bought a programming interface lead off ebay andhave done all my own tuning on the gas side of things.Before siemens injectors went in it made 275rwkw on gas and about 250 rwkw on fuel. Now its 296 on Fuel and not to shore how much power its got on gas at the moment need to complete fine tuning on the dyno hopefully next week.

Mods to the car are Rapids Hi Flo V 2.0, 60lb injectors, centre muffler removed and tune. It made 296rwkw at 11.5 psi As for the gas side of things the ute could barely idle on gas after the siemens injectors were installed, however after a few minutes of tuning the gas ecu all is sweet now car runs great on gas.

Hi all just a quick post, had my seimens injectors fitted yesterday and got the ute re tuned here are the results Car pulls great, shifts have been firmed and spins all the way through first and second even with the canopy and tools

I had my BA Turbo Ute converted to LPG Vapour Injection....took a while to get it tuned right ended up having to put big gas injectors, Bigger Fuel lines, 2x 400hp Converters and ended up getting 275 rwkw out of it.If I had to do it all again I'd probably go Liquid Gas injection, install is much cleaner and you can get more power out of it.As for Fuel economy I get 330km per tank city driving and 390km on the highway and that's from 65 Useable ltrs.Not bad for $23.

I had mine rebuilt and installed for approx $ 1600,if I were you I'd buy one off ebay for $7-800 bucks and wack it in.

I think Tigwelder nailed it, theirs just Torque on tap everywhere and zero lag, and I've driven stock BA-BF Phoons as well and I would imagine the stock FG T would wipe the floor with them.

Hey All, Just thought I'd have a bit of a run with my mates new FG ute (Private Road).His ute is stock with a 6 Speed ZF Auto and faark me do those things go...Off the mark I cant catch him until 80Km/h and by 100 I'm just a nose ahead, and rolling acceleration I thought I'd easily have that one in the bag but to my surprise could barely pull 1 to 2 car lengths.I'd imagine with a custome tune these FG's would absolutely launch.... I know what my next upgrade will be... Cheers

Can anyone tell me what size the Banjo fittings are for the Turbo oil supply line, I want to get Enzed to make me up a braided line.

I got 270 RWKW out of My Vapour injection setup, only thing holding it back were my valve springs. Its great to see these types of power levels on alternative fuels Post some pics of the setup once its installed

Contact the shop you bought the flash tuner from they should be able to help you out, until then flash it back to standard

[ktm07 16L/100 is good for gas, did you measure it's actual lpg litre usage at the pump or are you going by the inst. fuel readout on the car? From a full tank of LPG I ran it until it concked out and I got 440km, when I refilled it took in exactly 65 litres

ktm whose system is your friend running and is he running dual convertors also? Not to shore whos system he's running, however slight hesitation was caused by main gas line, it was a bit to small as his xr6 T has been edited.It has since been upgraded to a bigger gas line and as far as I know all is well. I've booked my T in for the gas conversion early August, I never really wanted to go down the path of gas (Only because of Red sticker on number plates....lol) but as the price of fuel keeps sky rocketing I have decided this will be the only cost efective way to have a high powered car with a low running cost. I will post up my results once conversion is complete

A mate just got his T ute put on gas, couldn't tell the difference between gas and fuel, only problem so far is from standing start acceleration it seems to hesitate/cough for a second before it gets going he was told it was a minor tuning tweak to fix

Mines used for work,but soon will only be for pleasure buying a sh*tty wagon on gas to keep fuel costs down

Filled the Ute last Night 71 Ltrs @ $1.69 = $ 120.00 Had a job in Swan Hill today.......(I'm from Melbourne) Finished Job then went to Servo added another $25.00 of BP Ultimate @$1.79 which gave me 13.9 Ltrs,made the long drive home and refilled in Melbourne 69 ltrs @$1.81= $124.89. that's $269.89 for Petrol in 2 Days... not including the Wifes car!!
