This is what the Ford web site says: Momo Brushed Aluminium/Leather Insert Gear Knob or Sequential Shifter comes in Blue, Red or Grey $195 RRP. It does not come in black though. :(

My sentiments exactly :D As for the pic I posted. The article I lifted them from stated that it was in fact Venom. I can only appologise if thr colour balance is not quite right. You may notice that the number plates are NZ. Perhaps they don't know their colours :lol:

Whoops! I dropped in today (after closing unfortunately ) and it is actually PHANTOM! not Narooma Blue. It looks great :D thru the window. The colour chip on the Ford brochure does not do the colour any justice or favours. I'll be going back to see it in full day light but so far I think I'll be getting the Phantom instead of the Blue print.

FYI - There is a Narooma Blue XR6 at Ethridge Ford in Vermont. I think It looks good on the drive by. Will take a closer look today.

Give her the BA XR6T series 1 in a couple of years and move up to the improved,refined,more powerful BA series 2,3.....and you'll probably save a few bucks too. And she can't say she doesn't like it 'cause she chose the colour if I recall :lol:

I saw a Red XR6 at a dealer a couple of weeks back. I think the red looked great which only added to my confusion about which colour until the wife stepped in and took charge of that department! If you like red cars, I bet you'll LOVE a Venom BA XR6. :D :D :D

100km that's more than enuff for a few blockies in someone elses *new* car! I hope mine doesn't have anything like that many!

Typically the odometer reads less that 20km on a *new* car but I have seen em as high as 70kms :( . Dont know if there is a legal limit. I'll try and find out

hey guys, look on the *bright* side, the dealers will have a nice new turbo to let prospective buyers paw over before you collect it. They may even squeeze in a blockie or 2 just for good measure!

Acid rush looks great but IMO it is at least as loud as the blueprint but doesn't have the exclusivity to XR. No matter what colour you paint em, the BA turbos are phenomenal cars :D and will be the envy of every Expensive Daewoo driver :lol: :lol:

But not quite as harsh as a Expensive Daewoo reving its rings off trying to keep pace with new shiney BA turbo! :D :D
