Be weary of downloading Kazza! At least one version of Kazza was roumored to have "spyware" included that could transmit info about your online habits and system to a third party. Check out these links and at least consider installing Adaware. You'd be surprised what you have lurking on your PC http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ for Adaware http://www.simplythebest.net/info/spyware.html for an explanation of spyware.

Ok a quick round of my "local" dealers in VIC Courtney and Patterson Heideberg Acid Rush XR ute, Phantom XR sedan Coffey Ford in Oakleigh 2 x Mercury Silver sedans 1 manual, one auto which has plates so a test drive is likely Dandenong Silhouette XR Sedan Ethridge Ringwood Phantom, Venom, and Silhouette XR sedans. Ethridge Vermont Blueprint, Silhouette, Narooma, XR sedans. Venom XR Ute. City Ford had NONE on the floor, showroom full of AU's :( Ethridge Vermont, City Ford, and Dandenong all had Fairmont Ghia's in Acid Rush so if you want to "feel" the colour they may be worth checking out as well

Thanks Giant I appreciate your comments. I have the quote and all I need is for my company to give me some forms to fill in and the order will be placed. Have left 2 emails and 6 voice mails for the person responsible and no reply in over 2 weeks. They just don't understand...my future happiness is hinged on getting an XR6 turbo :lol: :lol: Yeah the White XR6 does look good, nothing like a renter that most white cars look like. You wouldn't mistake it for a Hertz :lol:

I snapped these tonite thru a window so the quality is not great. Hopefully I'll get back in the next day or so and do better!

I have to wait until January for a test drive?!?! I was told same by Strapp in Doncaster. No demo Turbo's till at least Jan '03 :( Apparently a lot of sales are hinging on a test drive once delivered! Can't imagine anyone not liking it though

Hmm. Ford online help told me I could choose, Red, Blue, or Grey I'll have to check that out 'cause I DONOT want Red

I snipped this from the Ford Forum in a similar thread When we go back to work on Monday we will be building as many XR6 turbo's as we can. There are capacity limitations on the number we can build per day but we will get as many as we can. The thread about the 300 hour test is rubbish. the reality is that we are holding over 600 retail orders for turbos...remember we were only doing around 300 XR's per month in total prior to BA so we are inundated with demand. I was at Ethridge in Vermont (VIC) today. A sales man offered me a job since I'm there more that he is. :lol: :lol: I told him it was a sickness and the wife was getting concerned. Anyway they tell me that they will recieve their first Turbo next week. It's sold of course so you can't drive it but they say it should be there for 2 - 3 days while they do pre delivery so there is opportunity to see it I'm sure.

Yep it is - I photographed the Venom XR Ute today. The pics will be posted so you can see more of it :D Ethridge at Ringwood had a Phantom XR6 Ute - Sold and awaiting pick up. They have a Mercury one available on the floor. Its the Turbo Utes that will be cranked up next year.

Yeah have to agree. Today I snapped a Phantom Ute in full daylight, the pics are more blue than the actual car is. I tried tampering with the colour balance but decieded against it. They should be posted soon for all to see

Theres talk of a price rise I see. Any lease agreement is subject to price increases and interest rate movements so your actual interest rate and cost of car are not locked in until you recieve the car.
