  17. Why not just so a swap via mail. the cost of a bit of bubb;e wrap and a post pack will still be cheaper that purchaseing new inserts
  18. Happy birthday Chris. 26 years young...oh to be there again :D
  19. Yeah wasn't the traffic CHAOS! Thanks mate, Pity you didn't catch up to me. Got some pics, not many though since the crowds just wouldn't let me get a decent shot for the most part. I'll post 'em later :D
  20. After another fill, it is now returning an average of 14.7lt/100km. (19.3MPG for the oldies). BTW the trip computer shows 15.7lt/100km
  21. My baby would not start, cranked her over for a few seconds :( tried again and still no go even after a couple of seconds, not even a hint of ignition. Turned her off, armed alarm, unlocked and tried again and she fired up but not immediately
  22. Definately not the rev limiter. The traction control idea sound plausible but I have done this before without such a violent (noticable) reaction. I reckon the traction control is for the most part, subtle and unintrusive, only noticing it's operation because of the warning light on the dash. Perhaps I'm not giving it enough
  23. I suggest you stick with the Ford recommendation - Dye based tint all round.
  24. just hit the 1000km mark and consumption is now 15.5l/100km. getting better
  25. tank nearly full, only done about 80km since total fill
