The "S" ONLY has 151kw, The supercharded version ONLY has 171kw, and the "S" V8 has 235kw. The N/A XR6 has 182kw IIRC and the XR6T has 240kw and looks a lot better IMO...need I go on.

Where are you? I 'l take him for a spin in mine and then drop him down to the local Expensive Daewoo dealer for a test drive.... I know which he will want :lol:

I ordered thru Knox Ford and after they told me I had to wait 6 - 12 weeks longer than originally quoted, I changed to to Westpoint Ford at Werribee and had the car about 2 weeks later than they quoted and still 2 weeks earlier than Knox originally quoted. If you haven't noticed, they sponsor the forum and I'm sure you will be looked after. PM wally or call and ask for Craig Waller. BTW - they looked after me BEFORE they started sponsoring the site.

Theu seem to have problems delivering. I had to drop the leather to get my car on time :( 2 - 3 week delay is not uncommon for retail from what I have read here. If on the other hand it is fleet or has some other discount then expect it to be pushed back again. BTW when did you originally order?

my car has a dragging rear brake pad....I think at slow speed with the window down I can hear a rotating noise coming from the rear of the car. I asked my Dealer to take a look and they claim they lubricated the caliper assy and resolved it..... Unfortunately it is back again. has anyone else had this and/or know a more permenant solution?

often when I turn the car off I get a thud from the rear of the car. It took me a while to work out where it was comming from...one night I turned the car off while on the phone...no thud...until I hung up the phone and the ICC turned off I believe it is the sub woofer amp powering off. has anyone else had this happen? does anyone have a solution?

have tried Caltex,Ampol and BP brands of ULP, PULP (95) and (98) where available in my "T". I think that the PULP (98) feels smoother but that may just be my imagination. If cost is a concern then I would not bother. I have 10K on the clock and have used roughtly a 50/50 split of ULP/PULP with not credible evidence to suggets that PULP is worth the extra few cents. Fuel economy seems to be about the same. I do agree that the quality of the product is important though. FWIW I must use Caltex/Ampol or BP so I never buy the nasty stuff from the independants..... BTW I have a novated lease so I can usually get PULP for less than the regular price of ULP due to GST savings.
