Check your coolant. I had to put 4lt in my car the other day when the fan on longer and noiser than usual. Ford checked it and diagnosed a cracked/leaky readiator. Replaced it and all OK now
it's easy... All you need is compressed CO2 and a way to capture it. Pathology labs do it all the time to store/transport sensitive samples. They do it using a small wooden box about 100x100x150mm with about 6 x 10mm holes in each side and a suitable connector in one end to connect the CO2 line up. Then they drop the sample in and turn on the gas. Hey presto a block of dry ice with the sample snap frozen inside. Not sure of the science but I know it works 'cause I have seen the blocks in the sink and added water for instant fog..... I DONOT recommend you do it, but if you then use extreme caution 'cause it makes lots of noise (ear muffs required) and CO2 burns can be severe.
Got mine machined at either 10 or 15K and at 21k its back again....along with the exhaust rattle at idle, and a squeaky water pump...oh and tht new alternator did not fix the whine in the radio either.....
Well all I can say is that the local Plods now have 4 BLUEPRINT XR8's on the road dressed in the stardard livery and they look SWANK! And I thought they had no taste...I was WRONG!!
It's a bloke thing, that bouncy bouncy movement does distract ones attention. I'm just waiting for Ms Kitty to update her profile with a pic opf herself....
Yeah, mine asks..."do you know them" I used to say no and get a rant about being a wa*ker, now I just say, yeah that's [insert name]I know his car anywhere cause [insert feature].
It seems that there are many XR6T's for sale that are less than 12 months old and are being offered at seemingly low prices on the private market. What long term effect will this have on the value of our cars? Should we be worried by this?
