Is this just the "T"? The reason I ask is that there is no room on the left side of the car after the 6 to fit in the "T" so you would have to remove the entire badge and relocate it closer to the front of the car to make room for the "T"...Or am I missing something fundamental here?? Oh IMO the "T" is too sharp in the chosen font. I think it needs to be a bit more subdued so it "fits" the rest of the badge.

Have you optioned this feature? If so press the AM button and the display should alternate between the AM band and AUX. There should be a 3.5mm stereo jack under the tissue holder for you to connect almost any audio device into the stereo system. BTW I think the connector is a bit flimsy and hard to access but the functionality is a good idea. For the $30.00 it is worth getting IMO.

Yeah I too have a similar problem. it's been back 2 or 3 times. Re routing wires, changing bolts, additional earthing, even changed to alternator and RF amp (I think) no change so far. So I wait....... IIRC some one else here fixed their problem with a $2.00 suppression capacitor across the alternator.......

Sorry to hear you are so disapointed....you are aware that much of the running gear on the XR8 is the same as the "T" so the rattles, squeaks etc would surely end up the same. As for spending 7K on an XR8 after spending the the 5K extra on the cars to start... I donot believe you would get the same bang for buck that you will get from spending half that amount on the "T". BTW check the Ford web site, the standard XR8 brakes are the same as the "T" and the car is at least 50kg heavier :o

I added in the Territory option and voted for that. Other than that I say no way to other BA series bodied cars. The XR6T is unique and should stay that way. The territory is a SUV and in an entirely different class (IMO) Also added in a "T" wagon for those that like the idea

There have been a few "winge" posts lately. No critisim meant however 'cause it is very anoying for the individuals concerned. I hope that FOMOCO sort out their greivances soon. That said, I do not believe they are representative of the majority of cars out there. What do you folks think? If I missed an obvious poll answer let me know and I'll add it in :D

Not sure what you mean.... I have tried to use the Font that the TURBO is writen in on the rear badge. I think it would look funny if I tried to make the T in the same style as the XR6. I'd at least try the same font first and see what it actually looks like before comitting to getting them made.

Iv'e had mine for 11 months now. Had a few issues...brake shudder twice :banghead: the radiator developed a leak and was replaced an anoying alternator whine in the audio system (some times) :banghead:, and it took a while for Ford to get the hand brake adjustment right. With 27,000km on the clock I still LOVE driving it and so does the wife. It is not clunky or rattely at all so far. We have to kids and there is plenty of space in the back for them. Three would be IMO tight but it would be the same in almost anything else regardless of price. Get one I say, you'll not regret it :banghead:

I'd suggest that they should be doing better on price if quantity of order increases.
